I have been attending the clinic with my family for 38 years; excellent service.

the clinic when I contacted them twice. Yesterday, the director of the clinic contacted me and confirmed that they were going to refund my money today. SUPPOSEDLY, they were going to call me to process the refund. It turns out the gentleman was at the clinic all morning and didn't give any refund instructions. I called again to ask what was happening, since no one called me back. The simple answer they gave was that they didn't give any instructions, that I had to wait until Monday or Tuesday. I'd already waited and been very respectful to all the staff, even though it was disrespectful and a lack of seriousness as a company with its patients. It was a truly bad experience. The care from the first day was absolutely nonexistent. I asked about my procedure and the only response was, "No, they'll explain it to you later." Then they tell you, "When the doctor himself took X-rays and couldn't explain what my surgical process would be like, don't trust their name because that's what I did." What a huge disappointment and how upsetting that they don't respect the people who put their trust in them. Again, I don't recommend them. Their priority is money, not patients.
