I had a filling done at this clinic, and they accidentally ground down a healthy tooth next to mine. They then filled the previously worn-down healthy tooth to cover up the damage because the anesthesia was wearing off, and I didn't immediately realize it was a healthy tooth that was damaged. which speaks volumes about the competence of the specialists at this clinic, they won't tell you and will try to cover their tracks. Avoid this clinic if you don't want to cause yourself harm... I've never had a worse experience... P.S. I see that they constantly pretend it's a mistake, saying it's another clinic, but this clinic is the one that ruined my healthy tooth. There's no need to mislead people and blatantly lie, which isn't surprising, because they're good at deception...

a problem that I will conquer soon as I now have the confidence that people will not look at my smile and be turned off. I wish that I could have done this years ago, but now that I have I am so glad that I did. I can offer this advice, take your pain medicine, figure out soup for the days after you start your treatment. You can give yourself a million reasons not to do something, but you only need to find the one reason that will make it worthwhile and that is yourself. If you have ever hidden your teeth or been ashamed if someone would see your smile then give yourself this gift.

ts confirmed that all crowns were joined, causing severe gum inflammation, tissue damage, and advanced periodontal problems. The clinic initially blamed poor oral hygiene, which was untrue — my gums were healthy before treatment. The crowns had serious defects, including excess cement, overhanging margins, and bite misalignment. Attempts to address the issues at the clinic were confusing and contradictory. I was offered corrections only with the same doctor who caused the damage. Nine months later, I had to fully replace all 27 crowns in Canada at significant financial cost. Additionally, the clinic regularly deflects responsibility: negative reviews are often dismissed as mistakes or attributed to another clinic with a similar name. All medical records, expert opinions, photographs, and correspondence are documented. Please be extremely cautious if considering treatment here.

My dentist, Dr. Gökhan Bayındır, is an outstanding professional. In addition to being extremely gentle and patient, he paid great attention to every detail. He carefully explained each step of the treatment (while Idil translated for me) and was incredibly precise and dedicated throughout. I had a full treatment with zirconium crowns and veneers, and the result exceeded all my expectations. My new smile turned out exactly as I had dreamed — natural, harmonious, and full of life.
