Chipped zirconium prosthesis: The clinic told me this was "not a problem for function." Colour mismatch: The top arch (shade 1M1) doesn’t match the bottom. The top was replaced after my lip kept catching on my teeth when speaking or smiling. By the time I returned 7 months later, the bottom arch had yellowed. My request to correct this was ignored. In total, I traveled to Turkey four times for this treatment. I was prepared to return a fifth time, but communication ceased after I raised concerns. If you’re planning dental tourism to Turkey, I suggest factoring in the potential cost of additional visits for follow-up or corrective work. ⚠️ Important Advice: Avoid paying in cash — always use a credit card if possible. Why? Cash: No paper trail, no protection, no chargeback if things go wrong. Credit card: Offers more security, including chargeback options in some countries. Some clinics insist on cash and refuse cards. In my experience, that’s a red flag. I was told a “credit card fee” was due to Turkish government policy, but I could not find any official source confirming this. From my perspective, this felt like pressure to use untraceable payment methods. In my opinion, the outcome of my treatment fell below the standard I would expect from a professional clinic. I was advised to have all my remaining teeth extracted and replaced with eight implants (four on top, four on the bottom). I trusted this recommendation—and I haven't regretted it. In just one four-and-a-half-hour session, all my teeth were removed and the implants placed—completely painlessly, professionally, and with a great deal of warmth and compassion. After more than six months, I returned in May 2025 for my final treatment and now have my permanent teeth. The result: a new lease on life. I can eat, laugh, and go through life with confidence again. Even when there were occasional language difficulties, she was there for me with heart and dedication. • And most importantly: I paid less than €10,000 for everything – including hotel, transfers, treatment, and flights. That's a fraction of what it would cost in Germany – with the same, if not better, quality. ★ ✅ Conclusion: Anyone willing to undergo treatment abroad and who speaks a little English (or can manage with gestures) will receive top-notch medical care at a very fair price – in an atmosphere characterized by humanity and compassion. I am incredibly grateful and would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

The staff is very responsive, welcoming you from the moment you step in, with a wonderful atmosphere and warm smiles. The delicious coffee with a sea view was a nice bonus. she was so amazing, friendly, as if I had known her for ages, and her English was perfect - let her be your consultant, INSIST, ask for her. My Doctor, Ersin Arican, was simply the best dentist ever; very professional, pleasant, easy to talk with, listened to my concerns and reassured me that all would be well. As an added bonus, it was a PAIN FREE experience, super important, and I 100% recommend the clinic. The entire staff was friendly and anticipated our every need. Oh! even when my lips got dry, the assistant lubricated my lips with lip balm during the procedure - who does that? Simply The Best, better than all the other dentist's I've experienced in the UK and USA at a 10th of the cost, YEAH, 1/10th. The very best for less, top notch work, nothing else compares. I recommend Clinic Prime Istanbul and stand by my experience ONE HUNDRED PERCENT !!...Limousine back to the airport after 5 days, again FREE. By the way, this bit is super important because I was concerned, the price they charge is inclusive, simply put, there are NO incidentals, what they quote is what you pay. If they find that you need an extraction, FREE, root canal work, FREE, fillings, also FREE, that was HUGE for me because all the other clinics escalate their costings according to what they find. Clinic Prime Istanbul - the one and only price made me feel very much at ease. Thank you all for your hospitality, customer service, care, lovely environment and your attention to detail, because I was scared, and you made me feel relaxed and at ease, ....as if i was not at the dentist, really cool like a hang out spot. I hate dentists, but I love you all, I wish they could all be like you. s charged for four implants, but when the surgeon explained they could not place implants where an abcess was removed which left scar tissue, I was refunded two implants.. however, you pay 10% extra bank commission and they do not refund that. They should never charge you before a treatment, but the worse thing I think is that they lured me to come fly over when they could've been honest by telling me upfront they couldn't give me all the implants I wanted. They also suggested to get a six element bridge on two canines by shaving off some of the teeth. Instead of using my dentures on how to align the elements, they just gave what visually looks as straight teeth from the front, but feel very weird because they made one canine so much shorter and if you look closely it's not actually straight at all. Also, for the long term it's not a good idea to have a six element bridge fixed on two teeth. If you need cheap implants and a simple fix they're okay, but if you have a serious problem do not make the mistake I made and avoid this clinic. Edit: There was no mix up, I do not use my real name on the internet! Changed my rating from two star to a one star.
