k an X-ray as part of the protocol. Also as part of the protocol, they scanned my teeth in 3D, something they wouldn't have let me do if I had known that's what the doctor would base his diagnosis on. After the scan, I had a hygiene session, which I should have skipped at the time since I hadn't come for it, although I admit it's always a good idea. I discussed the issue of the night guard with the hygienist, which was left as a "we'll see you later." Anyway, the doctor came into the booth for the appointment when the hygienist hadn't yet finished her task, so she left. After my hygiene, I was kept waiting for "the doctor" for a while. It was getting late, so I went to reception to make a new appointment for another day. But voila! Not only did they not give me a new appointment, but the exact same thing happened: "The doctor is with another patient but has already seen you, and this is all that needs to be done." And he gave me an estimate for the extraction of three teeth, among other work. Anyway, I was in a hurry and didn't want to dwell on the splint because I felt a team that does that is unreliable. Obviously, I won't go back, nor do I recommend it to anyone. I'm giving it two stars because the hygienist was nice; the rest deserve zero.

Excellent clinic and service. I was recommended a dental cleaning, which was performed by Guelmi. She was incredibly kind and gentle, and it was completely painless. I highly recommend her. Then, today I went to Dr. Marta for fillings, and everything went perfectly. She was very kind and remarkably professional, and the fillings turned out beautifully. Thank you both so much! I went to Guelmi, Marta, and Vero. Incredible professionals! Super friendly and open to questions, answering my questions, and supporting me throughout the entire process. I had been to Impress, where they were completely dishonest, but these women turned my bad experience at this other clinic around. I 100% recommend them!
