To put it simply, the estimate was quite high overall, especially considering my unstable financial situation, which I had explained. But so far, so good. They mentioned the possibility of financing, but taking into account the pending financial risk. Once they requested my financial information, the financing process began, which I wasn't yet sure about, but since they indicated that it could be canceled, no problem. The day after starting the financing, I told the person in charge that it would be better to cancel it because it wasn't going to be possible at the moment. They said it was fine and passed it on. I asked if I needed to send or fill out any form indicating the cancellation, and they said no, that they would receive a report from the financing company and I would sign it. A week or so passed, it was the beginning of the month, and they charged me the first payment (luckily it wasn't high). I mentioned it to the person I was supposed to have dealt with, and they asked me what I had been charged. I replied, "Let me check it and I'll tell you." Okay, I gave them time, until the runaround started: "Yes, I'll look into it now," "Let me check and I'll tell you." I called the clinic again to find out when I would go to sign, and they immediately gave me a date to sign the form confirming that I was canceling the process. All this while the financing company kept calling because, of course, I reversed the payment as instructed, since they were supposedly going to cancel it. Days went by and they still hadn't said anything, about 10 days or so. After contacting the financing company, I explained what they had told me: that they wouldn't cancel anything until the clinic sent the proof of payment, because they hadn't received the cancellation confirmation they were supposed to send to the financing company. I wrote again to the person at the clinic I had dealt with (whose name I won't mention out of respect and courtesy) to tell them that she hadn't sent what I had already signed, and therefore, the financing was still active. Obviously, they didn't respond. The next day I repeated the same thing, obviously to have it on record, and they read it but still didn't reply. Finally, another manager from the clinic called me because, luckily, she saw the messages that hadn't been answered or any response, and she sent the cancellation right then and there. I was very grateful that it didn't come to anything serious and that someone else was able to handle it. Conclusion: Be careful who you deal with because they'll try to drag things out to make more money whenever they want. I definitely won't be going back.

At my first visit, I arrived expecting a consultation, but without asking me anything, they immediately took me for a full scan. Then they put me in a chair and began examining me. After 10 minutes, I had to stop the dentist and ask if they should first ask me why I was there. Only then did she ask, so I explained I needed the fallen filling replaced. She told me that instead of a filling, it would be better to get a crown. She ran some tests and said I’d need three appointments to complete the procedure. In the end, I had to come back six times, because during the first two attempts, they couldn’t get the measurement right. They kept blaming the lab, saying the lab had rejected it. I had to repeat the same process multiple times. Lots of painful grinding on my tooth. Eventually, visit number 6th, they assigned a different dentist who said he was a specialist in crowns and promised everything would go smoothly. But after he took the measurement and put in the temporary crown, it fell off the very next day. I tried to contact the clinic, and although they promised to call back, they never did. Overall, this was a painful experience I’ve ever had with a dental clinic. There was no communication. They don’t even tell me when the lab rejected the measurement. I only found out after the verification appointment and they asked to rebook another appointment. Every time I arrived, they just sat me down and started working without explaining what they were doing. No one told me why things kept going wrong—they only blamed the lab.
