Dr. György Szalontai made me a zirconium crown for a dental implant. At the first consultation, he told me what crowns I could choose from and what the difference was between them (he even showed me a screw-in crown that was being prepared), and what the treatment process was like. anyway :), and he answered some of the extra questions I had. And I absolutely didn't have the feeling - which has happened with other doctors - that I was wasting his time with such nonsense. By the way, not only the doctor, but all the staff at the office were always kind and helpful to me when I was there. At the first consultation, I received a quote for the entire treatment and it cost exactly that much. (Although there was definitely some inflation during that time. :)) Based on the shape and color of the finished crown, it looks like your own tooth, and it is the same in terms of use, with the difference that it is obviously not a living, feeling tooth. It's almost like a root canal. When the doctor first fixed the crown, it felt strange for a while, so he checked the height of the crown very carefully and made sure the two teeth next to it weren't pressing on it, but in the end it turned out that I just had to get used to having a tooth there again. :) Overall, I'm completely satisfied with both the treatment and the way I was treated.

I had teeth whitening done by Dr. Fehér Evelin. The doctor is a kind and competent specialist. However, the receptionist (Dániel Fehér) at the office has a disastrous manner, and communicates with patients in an unacceptable manner. Dániel was completely unaware of the details of my treatment, he liked to blame the doctor and her colleagues for the fact that I had to come in to see them one more time in addition to the planned visit to choose the color of the crown. I had no problem with this, and I would have gone in a day earlier than planned, if the receptionist had not approached the matter in such a way that "either the color of the crown will be good or not, and either it will be ready or not"... as if I wanted to leave the office half a million forints for the treatment out of kindness! I had no trust left in the CityDent office after talking to Dániel. I do NOT recommend this dentistry. The front desk (Daniel) is incredibly unprofessional. I lost all my trust in the entire office after discussing an appointment for an exchange of crowns with him. Even though Dr. Evelin Feher, the dentist, was very kind and reassuring, the receptionist's attitude was such that my crowns would "kinda well either turn out the right color or not, and would be ready for when they promised it or not...who cares"...Why would they work with such a guy at the front desk is beyond me. He shouldn't be allowed to talk to customers.

The 1-day crown preparation is a very complex procedure, but with careful organization - except for the rarest cases of force majeure - it can be carried out without any further problems. There was some difference in the internal interpretation of this process, but we assure you that our colleague tried to act exclusively in the interests of successful treatment in the correspondence, without any ulterior motives. I have been going to them for years for all kinds of treatments (fillings, scaling, oral surgery), I have always left the office with an absolutely positive taste (pun intended), I can only recommend them!

At Citydent you don't have to worry about unnecessary drilling or filling. They are always kind and helpful. We also ordered Invisalign braces for both of my children from them, and they are very fair about this as well. We are extremely satisfied with them.

Unfortunately, I almost went home last year because of an implant procedure.
