Terrible service and unwillingness to resolve the customer's problem. I've been trying for two days to get an evaluation for wisdom tooth extraction and nothing.

We are very sorry to hear about your situation! Were you scheduled to be seen by a professional for an evaluation? If you were seen and your problem wasn't resolved, it's likely that your health insurance/plan didn't authorize the procedure. This is not our responsibility; we are simply a service provider! Just to be clear, our team does not refuse any type of appointment. We have been operating by appointment since the beginning of the pandemic, precisely to avoid crowding, and we continue to do so today. We understand that by law, priority services are given priority, such as for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, autistic individuals, and wheelchair users. Regarding appointments through HEALTH INSURANCE/PLAN, whether here with us or anywhere else (CLINIC/OFFICE), every patient who is a beneficiary of a health plan has a monthly points system, and we are one of the few clinics that see patients more than once a month! However, we are available to answer any questions! God blesses!
Poor service and little willingness to solve problems. They schedule and reschedule appointments excessively frequently. They never tried to fulfill their promises. Unfortunately, a terrible place to be served if you are a new client. I do not recommend it. I spent a month only to be seen 3 times. They didn't deliver on anything they promised.

We had to reschedule all patients, not just you!
