Every time I've been there (Dr. Enislanio), I've had a good experience. The clinic is very spacious.

I felt it was disappointing, as it requires a request to submit the first plan, and since they didn't perform the surgery there, it wasn't provided.

We at CIEBE apologize for this inconvenience, but unfortunately it's standard procedure with your health insurance plan. We always refer patients for radiographic exams, but in your specific case, your plan category doesn't cover this type of exam. Therefore, in these cases, we have to inform the beneficiary and subsequently charge for the service provided. We are available to answer any questions or provide further clarification.
I like the professionals at Ciebe; they are all kind, experienced, and open to conversation and providing the best possible guidance. I'm happy that they've resumed accepting the Odonto System plan because I didn't want to lose Ciebe as part of my dental care routine.
