I really like this clinic. I've been here for fillings and scaling. Thankfully, the fillings were neat and the same color as my natural teeth, so it's not obvious that they were filled. The doctor was friendly and informative. The nurses were also friendly. The prices are also very affordable. I'll definitely come back here again if I need dental care.
I was very disappointed in terms of time management and service. I initially contacted them via WhatsApp to make an appointment, but was informed that the clinic doesn't use an appointment system and was told to just walk in. nd said the patient would be there for another two hours. I was asked if I was willing to wait. I said yes and then asked what time I could return. The nurse suggested I return around 2 p.m. I left briefly to pray and do some other things, then returned to the clinic at 1:48 p.m. However, when I arrived, another patient had been admitted before me, and I was asked to wait another hour. When I protested, the reason was that while I was gone, another patient had arrived and was waiting, so I was admitted first. I had been asked to return at that time. I found this to be highly unprofessional and demonstrated poor queue management. If the system is truly first-come, first-served, it should have been made clear from the outset that patients are not allowed to leave the premises and that there are no "holds-placed" queues. This experience was a huge waste of time. Hopefully, in the future, the clinic can improve its service system and be more respectful of patients' time.
