Not as expected. Initially, on May 5th, I took my child there for a filling, and it took two weeks. The filling had thinned and worn out. When I chatted via WhatsApp and asked why the filling was eroding, he replied, "That's normal for children," and told me to get another filling. He thought a filling that cost almost a million rupiah was cheap, even though he'd had a filling for less than five…

months with another doctor before. It was enough to go back there once. BTW, the doctor was friendly, but that last message went unanswered. It felt like he was shirking responsibility. I was disappointed. I was hoping to become a regular, but he won't be again.

In Ceria, dental fillings are 149,999 per tooth.. you could say the cheapest in Medan.. so with such a cheap price we try to provide the best service.. and in the future after considering we will no longer accept patients who are not cooperative like the family and child of this patient.. where they are still under 5 years old and are not cooperative so they cannot be filled yet, the filling is not hard, they have closed their mouths, and for other clinics, other doctors, please notify the patient's name so that it is not / should not be done again at other clinics so as not to cause problems at other clinics again

This was my first time visiting a dentist at this clinic. I was having an odontectomy because my wisdom tooth had been painful for almost a week, so I decided to consult here.
