English! I feel like a new woman now! I cannot recommend Dr Roberto highly enough, his expertise and gentle patience are second to none!

just right. I wish I remember their names. The names I do remember, Carlos, he handled the finances, I instantly felt comfortable with him. Very nice easy going guy, felt like I was dealing with a friend. The doctors did a great job, I was out like a light with them, so not a lot to say other than I have no complications. Front desk was warm and welcoming. I never felt rushed or like I was imposing on anyone. When they said please let us know if you need anything, I truly felt they meant it. They pick you up at the airport, take you to your appointments, it could not be easier. I can’t end this review without mentioning Edgar. He was a godsend. He made all my arrangements and took me under his wing. I instantly felt comfortable with him and had complete trust he would not let me down. He is a young guy, very bright and great at his job. I really feel I found a new friend with him. Do not hesitate to take the plunge, just the immediate look so good. The change it makes is beyond what you can imagine. I am so excited to get back for my finals which will be lighter, stronger and even better. One suggestion, go on Amazon and order a facial wrap around ice pack. You will use it a ton. Photo is first day with the temps.

The entire staff are just as wonderful, friendly and extremely efficient !!! And they all care so deeply. Carlos will always feel like family to us, he made us feel valued and informed. I appreciated how transparent he was about costs and treatment options. The ladies at the front desk greeted me everyday with the biggest smiles and took good care of me. Gerry and Saul made sure I had all my rides set up from landing in Cancun , to all my appointments and transfers back to the airport, completely stress free with these two working!!! I have a smile I never dreamed I would ever have!!! I haven’t stopped smiling since I left !!! Thanks to my forever Dentist Dr. Zamora.

They ensured I had little to no pain throughout my extensive dental work, explained the process clearly, and always checked in to make sure I felt secure and at ease. A huge thank you to Dr. Diego, Nurse Elod, Nurse Mary, who did all Xrays and took care of me for all the dental work, placement of my veneers and polishing. Dr. Arturo, and the rest of the incredible staff who went above and beyond for me. I must say, with the amount of extractions, the sinus lift, the post for my implants and the root canals, Dr Arturo is an artist, a therapist and an amazing surgeon!!!! They all sing, distract you from what they are doing and make the experience enjoyable! The technology at this clinic is top-notch—they truly have it all. Their state-of-the-art equipment caught issues that even my U.S. specialists missed. With on-site specialists building teeth and cosmetic experts customizing the best look, shape, and color, the results are absolutely stunning. I now have a full mouth of beautiful veneers, with all underlying work completed—pain free! I’ve spent thousands of dollars in the States and have NEVER received this level of compassion, concern, and quality. Cancun Dental Design is in a class of its own, and I would recommend them to anyone seeking world-class dental care.

The clinic’s organization impressed me — from scheduling to follow-ups, I always felt like I was in great hands. The clinic arranged reliable car service for me, which made transportation stress-free and convenient during my stay. This level of thoughtfulness really added to the overall positive experience. Another thing that impressed me was their honesty. Unlike many places that might try to upsell unnecessary procedures, the dentists here were upfront and even advised against doing bonding, since it wouldn’t have been the best long-term solution for me. That honesty built tremendous trust and reassured me that their priority is my health and results, not just profit. The results so far have been excellent, and I am very pleased with the outcome. The pricing was also very fair and transparent — especially compared to what I would have paid in Canada. On top of that, my insurance covered the treatments, though I paid in person at the clinic first (which I was completely fine with). Knowing that the paperwork was handled properly and I could be reimbursed gave me even more peace of mind. I’ll be returning in six months to complete my crown and additional planned treatments. I’ve already spoken very highly of this clinic to my family and friends, and I will be bringing my siblings with me on my next visit.
