I had a better experience last year with CDD. Pros: Excellent is how I would describe the dentistry. The assists were very attentive to my needs and top notch work. Cons: they are now incredibly more busy than before. It lobby was filled upon arrival with no place to sit and it felt rushed. My goal was to have my metal fillings removed. bridge (which was stated as such on my TP last year) but this year showed as 3 crowns. I thought this was for my metal fillings. At the bottom was the price and I thought that this was for al the work including the bridge since it wasn’t stated like before. Also before I came I inquired about the price of metal removal and she quoted me for composite fillings only to be sold more expensive crowns when I got there so I didn’t get them all removed like I had hoped. I came back based on my previous experience which blew me away with how detailed and caring they were but I may as well have went to brand new clinic because non of the old workers were there. When I went to pay the lady was unprofessional. 4 stars because my mouth looks great, I can chew awesome now and for the excellent performance of the dr and assistants who helped ease my concerns. Oh, and if you are not staying in the hotel zone, the pick ups could be tricky from my Airbnb.

I had a badly decayed tooth, and we opted for a restoration. They gave me local anesthesia, cleaned the entire cavity with rotary instruments, and then rebuilt the tooth with resin, layer by layer. They adjusted the shape to fit perfectly with the opposing teeth. Finally, they polished it so it was smooth and shiny. I felt in good hands the entire time. Great care!

I can't recommend this service enough! The entire experience was excellent, characterized by great services and an amazing, well-organized team. I was particularly impressed with the care I received from Dr. Diego and Nurse Eliud, who went above and beyond. It's truly a high-standard experience at an affordable price.

Where do I start? I was putting off doing major reconstructive procedure for a long time, and contacted Cancun Dental Design. procedure - OMG! The technology at this office is amazing, have not seen anything like this in US. The financial manager Dr. Carlos was super easy to talk to and did not feel pushy. My main dentist, Dr. Hugo Zamora worked non-stop every day for 8 business days (just like I was promised), to make sure that I left with a huge smile. His dental work is amazing and his personality is wonderful. His assistant, Dr. Aguilar was gental and knowledgeable, it was great to have her by my side the entire time. Can't forget to mention the photographer, he made me smile every time. I am so happy with the entire process and of course, the final result! Few more items to add: The ladies at the front desk have amazing communication. They contacted me via text regarding my appointments, reminders, etc. The clinic arranged for drivers, who picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel, (within hotel zone), I always felt safe. The quality of the work I received is outstanding. Some of you may be reading this entire review and have a question about the cost. I and other patients I spoke to agree: It is just a BARGAIN, especially compared to United States. Don't delay and contact Cancun Dental Design, they will treat you like family :)

. Dra. Aleida specializes in root canals and provides excellent care, successfully saving my tooth. I am very pleased with the outcome. Dr Julian and his assistant Alexis were awesome and assured that I was completely comfortable and satisfied with my results! Extraction and implant placement with Dr Arturo was pain free.

My highest recommendation for Dr Julian Flores who did two zirconia crowns for me to perfection. He made me feel very comfortable and kept me apprised every step of the way. This place has been the best experience I’ve had at a dentist office. My wife and I got a lot of work done for a quarter of the cost of the states and we were treated very well! The doctors and staff were very professional and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about them. My wife and I will be returning for more work in about 5 months and can’t wait!
