Best Clinic in Cancun! I went to Cancun Dental Specialists a couple of years ago. They were good but had big staff changes so the last time I was there I wasn't happy. with super modern technology, great photographer and brilliant surgeons! Along with 1/3 of the pricing, their knowledge and care is like no other. It's mind blowing how radically different it is. Thank you Paulina Flores for your beautiful work and patience along with the staff who made our transportation so smoothly. I like to stay on Isla Mujeres and take the ferry over. Driver picks me up, takes me to clinic and takes me back to ferry when I'm done. Thank you again for taking such good care of me and my husband!

Cancun Dental Design is a fine tuned machine, seamlessly managing logistics as well as varying treatment needs as discovered. All staff are courteous and helpful, most with good English for non Spanish speakers.

Professional dental treatment and equipment. 3D xray machines show whole mouth I never saw these machines in the States. The cost is better than 3/4 the costs in the USA and if they don’t do a treatment they reimburse you without a hassle Example an extraction is $60.00

Highly recommend! It's my third visit -I fly from the states, because it's more affordable AND they provide quality work and materials, in a clean environment. If you have to have extensive work done, have it done in paradise. (Also, my opinion, just rent a condo instead of staying at one of the big hotels).

At first I thought it was great until time went by..had some issues. Booked another trip to resolve issues and it ended up being worse now. Constant pain and discomfort. The after care staff contacting me is only 1 sided and wont compensate for the wasted trip. Many Dental Implants put into my mouth! It took many days to bring my mouth back to a GOOD ORDER! Now I will maintain a Good Habit of keeping my teeth clean and well looked after! Dr. Roberto & Perla were wonderful! They worked for over a week to remove black fillings, prepare my mouth for crowns, make a permanent bridge, and to place my new crowns. y could of possibly delivered a better customer experience - they went above and beyond. The actual clinic was very clean & professional, they picked me up & dropped me off at the airport and from my hotel each day (each way) If anyone is having any hesitations or has any questions you're welcomed to reach out to me, I can't recommend Cancun Dental Design enough. Special shout out to Dr Aleida who was my endodontist. I had some very big concerns about getting the root canals done but she made them SO easy, I've told people back home in Canada about how easy it was with her and they couldn't believe it how quick and painless it was for me.

If you are on the fence about coming down to Cancun for dental work, just do it. They will shuttle you to and from the airport, the clinic for your appointments, and the drug store if needed. exceptional. They stand by their work by offering a warranty on their dental work and I can tell you that Cancun Dental has honored their warranty with me on a couple occasions. During my visits there were people from the US and Canada that were on dental vacations and also had nothing but great things to say. Very happy that I came down! Yes there can be some scheduling changes with in 24 hours. Yes there will be some moments that details are lost in translation. Just remember that they will not have you wait excessively in their clinic, they actually had another dentist start my appointment so that my dentist could take over after she is done. As for the lost in translation issues, I expected that. My language is English, the staff are all Spanish and speak very well in English, but they still wont understand everything that is said to the them the first time. I am more than okay with that, the important things were done very well in the dental chair.

Her expertise, compassion, and perfectionism turned a major dental journey into something I felt confident and hopeful about. Her incredible assistants, Fanny and Cinthia, provided constant comfort and reassurance, turning long appointments into positive moments filled with care and understanding. My surgical procedures were performed by Oral Surgeon Dr. Arturo. His calm confidence and precision made what I expected to be the hardest part of my treatment surprisingly smooth and comfortable. His team—Alan, Alex, and Juan—worked together flawlessly and made me feel safe, understood, and supported every step of the way. Fantastic experience! The Cancún Dental Design team were very professional, very organized and had state of the art facilities and equipment.
