Oral surgeon Dr. Arturo Jimenez was calm, reassuring, and very clear in explaining each step while making sure I was comfortable. His assistant, Alex, was efficient and helpful throughout. Dr. Julian Flores & his assistant Ricardo placed my crown and was extremely thorough, making sure the fit and color were perfect. He even took extra time to educate me on proper care for my new crown despite having a full schedule, which I truly appreciated. They also make the entire process incredibly easy by providing complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport as well as to appointments. Kim at the front desk is organized, friendly, and ensures you always know your pickup and drop-off times. Ana, the back-office manager, patiently reviews treatment plans and pricing and answers all questions thoroughly. If you are a foreigner considering dental work abroad, I highly recommend Cancun Dental Design. The combination of expertise, transparency, affordability, and genuine care exceeded all of my expectations. I would return without hesitation.

Before placing my crowns, Dr. Roberto Sanchez made sure my teeth were in excellent condition. You can truly tell he takes pride in his work and focuses on doing everything properly and carefully. What really impressed me was the modern technology and sophisticated equipment they use. It made me feel confident that I was receiving high-quality, advanced dental care. Throughout the procedure, they consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable, which meant so much. And honestly, the cost compared to treatment in the United States was significantly more affordable — without sacrificing quality at all. I’m so grateful I chose Cancun Dental Design. I absolutely love my new smile and would highly recommend them to anyone considering dental treatment.

What really surprises me is that I was able to receive first-class dental surgery in another country, with beautiful scenery and amazing food, for around $6,000 TOTAL. That included a beachfront resort for four nights, Delta Comfort flight, food, and drinks. Cancun Dental care does not provide Margaritas BTW.. 😆 as they shouldn’t... Just saying In North Georgia, USA, my local dentist quoted me $12,000 USD just for the implant surgery and extractions — no beach view, no great food, and definitely no margaritas.

The manager, the front desk staff were so kind, so attentive to my needs - they got me to and from where I stayed, gave recommendations, and even gave me an office when I had to take an hour long work call 😂 The doctors, technicians, behind the scene workers were SO attentive to detail. They noticed when my body movements changed if I was as feeling anxiety and checked in with me all the time. I was able to start my trip off with some dental, head to Tulum for 2.5 weeks, then come back and finish everything off at the end of my vacation Price wise. A FRACTION, and I mean a fraction, of the cost in Canada. And quality work. Like, the were detailed, attentive, we went through every little thing to make sure *I* was happy. And I am SO happy. My smile is still mine, it’s just more aesthetically pleasing. It doesn’t look fake. And have no pain. And when i smile at myself it feels like mine. Not just teeth put into my face…but my teeth enhanced and the level of confidence I have now. If you’ve been thinking about it…contact them. They are friends, they are family…and they are so skilled in their work. You can tell they take pride in what they do and also actually care about you. Will be coming here for the rest of my life. Will bring my kids, my mom, and tell anyone to come. Everyone goes to cancun lol so go see them even if it’s for a cavity fill or a cleaning or whitening or anything. was on my back teeth—none of which are visible in a standard smile—these photos felt unnecessary and invasive. A patient’s refusal of non-clinical photos should be respected, not ignored. 2. Financial Transparency -Because I was visibly uncomfortable and hesitant during the photo session, I felt I was treated with suspicion. I was required to pay for the entire service upfront before any work began. While I am happy to pay for services rendered, the timing and the "vibe" of the request felt like a reaction to my discomfort with their photography man/policy. 3. PMMA Temporaries & Tiny tip filling but i was charged for a large area even though they gave me a scale but no physical example 70-130. -Regarding the actual dental work, I had several concerns with my PMMA temporaries: • Anatomy & Function: The carving lacks definition, and more importantly, the bite feels off. I am constantly hitting the back teeth while chewing. • Marginal Fit: One of the temporaries is sitting below the gum line, leaving the edge of my natural tooth exposed. I am concerned about the risk of decay & sensitivity continuing due to this lack of coverage. 4. Hygiene Standards While cleanliness standards can vary, as someone with a high attention to detail. Im going to pass on any detail. Summary If you value your privacy and want your boundaries respected regarding photography, be aware that this office may push for extensive headshots regardless of your comfort level.

You may find out Gotham city is your mouth lacking a super hero and his wise compadre! The office team is also great, they never missed a beat getting transportation to me when I relocated to another hotel during my stay. My flight was cancelled and I had to take an early bird flight, and they were up with the birds to get me to the airport on time. I called to verify names of whom took care of me and Gerry answered with "Good Morning Steven!" No matter where I'm at in life or the world this will be my dentist!

I looked at many clinics down in Cancun. I chose Cancun Dental Design due to tik-toks I watched from prior clients. I then read all the reviews. I decided I would come down for a consult. I found the technology was supurb! I felt very comfortable so I had an implant post placed on visit number 1. I needed to allow time for that to heal. Second visit- I had 28 crowns placed. I do wish I would have stuck with the 24 I was going to originally do. The is when the information becomes important.... My Dentist Dr. Fernando and assistant Perla. They did the work start to finish. The amount of time, detail, patience was impeccable. I like many suffer from dental anxiety. They were patient with me and allowed me the time I needed to calm. My teeth were transformed to a beautiful smile I can be so proud of. I am no longer feeling like people think my teeth look horrid. I can be confident my happiness can shine through. I did have to make a trip back down to have a tooth adjusted for my bite. My local dentist quoted me $800 just to adjust my bite. With airfare and airbnb, was still less expensive to fly down for 3 days ans enjoy the beach again. With all my confidence I can say the clinic is amazing. If I had to come up with any criticism. The wait area is small and couches a bit worn. They are expanding the wait area and improvements are coming. Other than this, Incan olnly give raving reviews. great savings for us as cost conscious senior citizens. We were also concerned about all the normal things that would concern you like transportation, lodging, language barriers and security. The clinic is in the middle of the hotel district, they arranged (for free!!!!) ALL transportation for us once our plane landed, they spoke great English and they made sure that we were always comfortable. I do have to mention my doctor here, a board certified oral surgeon, Dr Fernanda Osorno, who spent long days with no breaks working tirelessly to turn my brown and broken teeth into a Hollywood smile! THANK YOU!
