k, accept Amex and Visa, and the check-in process felt just like a regular US dental office. Lyn was professional and spoke excellent English, and Alan was really helpful with the initial arrangements. After spending over $600 they even arranged a free Uber ride for me — a nice extra touch. Dr. Francisco Xavier Primo Pavón was excellent — skilled, efficient, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Dr. Jazmin Ruiz did a solid job with the cleaning. Overall, the doctors and team are highly skilled, the facility is modern, and everything went smoothly with no complications. I highly recommend this clinic and will be returning for more work in the future.

I spoke with Lyn - the receptionist on a Sunday by telephone. On Monday I received the first in person consultation. Although we had initially discussed a full set of veneers, the scans, X-rays and mouth imaging showed that my teeth would not support veneers for very long; the orthodontists could put them in however they would not last. by acid reflux and night time grinding, that a whole new set of plans had to be considered. Amazingly the office worked with me to develop plans for caps on each tooth for a total of 30 caps, extraction of my wisdom teeth and base tooth reconstruction. The office arranged to have the entire procedure, including anesthesia, in the office. By Friday of the very same week, I had a temporary set of caps. The new caps were made and put in place by Tuesday of the following week. The staff were great! They organized hotel and transport to and from the office each day. The surgeons were amazing; patient, attentive and professional. I can not believe the quality of the service and teeth I received as well as the pricing. Thank you so much!! Naturally I would highly recommend this office to anyone considering dental work!

0 mins after, she said I have to also pay 350usd or 250 usd for crown and composite. I was shocked as per booking it is already included. She said there must be a missed communication. I was gutted to hear it since I have no more money, in pain while on vacation and she did not even bother to explain the treatment plan and the cost before letting me pay at the first place. Since they already had my 450 USD. I have no choice but to proceed and borrowed money from my friend. Dentist came and examined me, turned out I needed more that 1 session of root canal or have it extracted since my cavity is quite deep. Decided not to proceed because my holiday in Cancun is quite short and it is more expensive to do so. They told me they will refund my money 10-15 business days. They asked for my bank account so it would be quicker which I have given. It’s nearly end of June now and I still dont have my refund. They keep messaging me same replies “Sorry for the delay, we are processing you refund with the finance team etc as soon as possible” The manager even told me via whatsapp that he prioritised my refund and it will come next week, and that was 2 weeks ago. They asked for other accounts that they can send my refund but, still, no refund. Asked for my paypal so they can send it instanty. Gave my paypal a week ago and… NO REFUND STILL. The worst is, they keep repeating same replies which sound like they are fooling me. I hate to believe that they are scammers, taking advantage from visiting clients and only wants money from the customers. Up to this day, June 22, i am still waiting for my refund and still got the “scripted” repeated replies from them. I have escalated it to my bank and took legal actions. So be careful with them. It is stressful dealing with a company who lies and gives false promises.

were taking care of my daughter for over 2.5 hrs. They kept trying and trying to re-implant the tooth after removing it out of her gum. While she’s in pain and crying it made it difficult for the wire to stay on as it needs a dry area, however the dentist didn’t give up until she was able to implant her tooth back in and attach a wire across her front teeth to hold the tooth in place until the bone and gum heal around it. I’m a dental assistant in Canada and I can tell you there is no dentist will have gone that far and that patient to make sure the procedure was done. I’m so grateful for them and now after 4 months later my little girl has front tooth again and she’s healed and all good! All thanks and gratitude to them!
