Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize for the inconvenience and last-minute schedule change. Our primary goal is to provide the highest quality of care, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances with a previous patient can cause a delay. On the day of your appointment, a previous patient required more time with our doctor. We asked for your patience to be seen on the same day, but you declined and stated you would seek care elsewhere. To compensate for the inconvenience, we offered an additional discount on your treatment and a complimentary cleaning. Unfortunately, you became impatient and demanded further discounts, attempting to leverage the situation for additional compensation. This was followed by threats toward our staff, including publishing a negative review. We always strive to be transparent with our costs, which you agreed to prior to booking your flight and appointment. We apologize again that we were unable to find a suitable solution for you.
