I really can't understand how other patients recommend such a practice! The professionalism and know-how of a specialist are not reflected in the kindness and warm welcome at the practice. As a patient, I am very disappointed by the negligence of the dentist who cannot even properly diagnose the real problem. times and let's say Doctor cannot meet my needs! The first fitting was unfortunately not done properly (lack of equipment / problem with the collaborating lab) ... I called to share my disappointment with him and to assert my rights and I was given another appointment to have a new dental crown fitted*** And now after the 2nd fitting, the same disaster and the same scenario repeats itself! If you were a real pro and if you were well trained, I would never have had to waste my time or money. This is so bad!
I am super happy with the result, the work was done with great care! You really can't see the difference between my teeth and the ones he had to redo. Thank you very much, I can now start smiling again :)! Thanks to the doctor and his team
