The staff at Bio Care Dental are professional, kind, and accommodating. They even offer free border pick-up, which I used for most of my visits. While the service is complimentary, I always made sure to tip as a thank-you for their effort. Special shoutout to Evelyn and another young lady at the front desk for going above and beyond—they not only answered my dental questions but also provided recommendations for good hotels, restaurants, and even general information about housing in Mexico. My dentist, Dr. Nadia, was incredible. She spoke English fluently, explained every step of the process in great detail, and made sure I was comfortable during my long sessions, which sometimes lasted 5–6 hours. Her skill and patience really stood out to me. My treatment required four trips to Mexico, and each visit was a positive experience. On one occasion, a bridge didn’t fit properly and had to be reordered. They provided me with a temporary bridge, but it fell out overnight. Thankfully, the team saw me first thing the next morning and fixed it in just 45 minutes. I appreciated their quick response and commitment to making things right. I’m so grateful to the entire team at Bio Care Dental for restoring my smile and confidence. If you’re looking for affordable yet reliable dental care, I highly recommend them. Thank you to Dr. Nadia, the front desk team (Evelyn especially), and the drivers who made each visit stress-free. You’ve all truly made a difference in my life!

I traveled to Tijuana and had the extraction and denture portion done, and had an absolutely fantastic experience here - in fact, the best experience I have ever had at any dental office in my life. From arranging shuttles to and from the hotel, to even arranging a ride to the airport in San Diego, they helped us through what could have been a very stressful situation. Their facilities are VERY clean and easily the equal of any office in the US. Many friends and family were anxious about me getting this done out of the country, but the experience was FAR better than what I would have expected locally. Dr. Alfredo Carral Camacho, Dr. Juan Trejo, Evelyn at the front desk and Antonio in Patient Support were all wonderful and helpful. They answered every question I had, went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and are just the best I have ever dealt with in taking us through the process with very little worries. Honestly - dental centers in the US need to learn from BioDental Care - they were just great and I can highly recommend them to anyone in search of doing All on 4 or All on 6 replacements! If you re thinking about this procedure, please give these folks your business - they are FANTASTIC!

Prior to my trip, I communicated with the staff at Bio Dental via email and by phone. I knew exactly what was going to be done and the cost. I had chosen Bio Dental because they also have the option of metal-free (zirconium) implants. For me this was very important! I had just had mercury fillings removed and didn’t want to have any more metal in my mouth. The second reason and also very important was at the cost for implants and crowns is extremely reasonable! Very cost-effective compared to the same treatments in the US. Bio Dental Care is state of the art and exceptional! I am so glad I’ve chosen them and have since gone back two more times to complete my Dental Care. You will not be disappointed if you choose them. They will take very good care of you! lieke B

hes mouth it was horrible We went back to try to have them adjust or fixed like 3 time we extended our trip to get them done right but seem like they dirent knw how too they even told him they had to make some new ones with they whr never done .. each time was just waist of time we want to buy a Dremel and i end it up fixing them for him and made them fit right now he able to have hea mouth close and talk, I really dont recommend any one to go there if there getting some dentures they dnt know wat there doin ...

e one of the people featured on their website inexplicably walked past the office and said hello. I don't think he had an appointment or any discernible reason being in the office. I reviewed the treatment plan and noticed multiple errors and inconsistencies. Its website lists porcelain crowns at $350, $380, and $430. I called and emailed the boss, Antonio; he blamed the errors on "the girls up front" and honored the $350 price as a discount. Before going back to Tijuana, I went to an American dentist for a second opinion and told one of the teeth that Biodental waived off as unsalvageable is fixable with a root canal instead of an implant. I was advised not to go back and referred to a local endodontist for a root canal and the extraction of my wisdom teeth. I had already booked a flight to Tijuana, so I returned to Biodental three weeks later and had seven teeth extracted without general anesthesia, and that wasn't my decision. Biodental did not have an anesthesiologist in the office. I was offered a sedative, but it interacts with the medication I take. So, the entire procedure was done with Novacaine. The first few extractions went fine, and the dentist was very professional. I'm used to being in a dentist office. I'm not sure how long local anesthetic lasts, but it stopped working about 3.5 hours into the procedure. We took a ~ 15-minute long break, and they started working on the left side of my face. Apparently, I'm one of the rare people who have a third root in their premolar and a root broke during the extraction because nobody saw it on an X-ray. Time and space became a construct. Their office doesn't have running water because it's Mexico, so I gargled my own copper-flavored blood until I could rinse out my mouth with a bottle of water. I hold no grudge against the dentist who told me (unwillingly) it was one of the hardest extractions he's done. The procedure was finally finished at 6:30 PM (the office closed at 6 PM). I don't know who runs this place, but somebody dropped me off at my hotel with a tote bag, antibiotics, some weird over-the-counter pain meds, and gauze. After a few hours of bleeding in a Tijuana hotel room, I went to the emergency room. A doctor asked what happened, called me an idiot, and gave me different antibiotics, some actual pain medication, and something to stop the bleeding. I was so miserable that I had to ask somebody to fly to San Ysidro to escort me back home. I spent almost $1000 on plane tickets, a hospital visit, and medication in 24 hours. One of the partial dentures they gave me doesn't fit as well as it could. It's easier to eat without it, and I am still waiting for an email response from whoever runs this place. Edit 10/16: Small fragments of bone erupted through my gumline for two months. My partial denture broke, and they offered to fix it if I came back to Tijuana. I asked them if I could mail it and get it repaired, and they agreed. I spent $68 on USPS Priority to get it there ASAP. About 2 and a half weeks later, I managed to track the package through the Mexican post office. It was delivered on Sept 22nd, and nobody contacted me or confirmed the delivery for 11 days. I called Antonio, who answered the phone and tried to blame it on someone else, then he said it was delivered the day before while offering to show me "surveillance footage." I received my partial in the mail yesterday, roughly 6 weeks after it broke. I have an appointment with a dentist in Cancun in a few weeks who texts, calls, and emails me updates. TL:DR: BioDental is sketchy. Antonio is sketchy. 0/10 do not recommend. Go to Cancun. Tijuana is awful.

The process was no more than 2 weeks which was perfect with my schedule but they were also great with accommodating last minute changes . Thank you Joe, Evelyn , and Dr. Amy ! I am sending all my friends and family to BioDental Care with nothing but good things to say !

to Antonio from BioDental I knew right away this was the place I wanted to use. He was more helpful than anyone else I'd talked to and was extremely patent with me... he answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood everything without rushing me to make any decisions. When I came down to have the implant done the experience was fantastic, they picked me up at the border and Dr. Trejo made the surgery so easy - it was fast and painless. I was actually able to get an all-ceramic Zirconia implant for a fraction of what a basic titanium implant in would've cost in the US. The implant went so well that I had them do some crowns I needed and after that I even added some e-max veneers... Before I knew it I'd completely redone my entire smile, but back in the US I couldn't even afford to replace one missing tooth. I don't use any other dentists anymore, I drive down from LA a couple times a year for x-rays, checkups, cleanings etc... I'm such a big fan of these guys I even flew my Mom out from Texas to have all-on-4 done b/c I know their work is great and in states we couldn't have even afforded to do this procedure at all.... I knew I could trust them to care for my Mom and they couldn't have done a better job of keeping her comfortable and informed throughout the process. After her implants healed she ended up going with the nano-ceramic restoration which is absolutely some of the best work I've ever seen, it's gorgeous. Now my Mom flies out here periodically for maintenance and when possible I try to schedule my checkups to be at the same time so we get a little vacation in TJ together.

very patient/customer oriented. Likewise, Dr. Loamy took the time to recheck the work she completed prior and answered my follow up questions. Again, as an Organizational Development Efficiency expert, I can say that I was very pleased with their services. I found them to be professional and attentive to my needs. Great services at a great price. Well done BioDental Care. You get another "A"+. You will be recommended to others.
