o detail really put me at ease throughout such a major procedure. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making scheduling and logistics so easy. Antonio also went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported, which I truly appreciated. The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with the latest technology. I felt completely confident in the care I was receiving. On top of the excellent treatment, the cost was a fraction of what I was quoted in the U.S., without sacrificing quality. Overall, I can’t recommend BioDental Care highly enough. If you’re considering implants or major dental work, this is the place to go.

Absolutely the best Dental care in my 70 years. Today was my third trip here and 11 new teeth in 1 week. Awesome quality and fantastic people!! So clean and sterile, so much better than the USA. I had an overall great experience at BioDental. The staff are friendly from the 2 front desk reps to the Dentist and assistants. They have a lovely waiting area and play music when getting work done. I had my first visit with BioDental 5/26/2025 and my whole experience was excellent! Scheduling was easy and they spoke perfect English. The sent me paperwork to my email same day after calling. nice and friendly offering us coffee/tea. I got the panoramic X-ray that was fast and simple. Dr. Nadia Green and her assistant who saw me were very thorough and careful as they worked on me for about 5hrs. I was able to get a medical pass and was able to cross the border within 30mins. I had 7filings and cleaning done for $570 US dollars. Price and quality were exceptional and I truly appreciate the team there. I will definitely be going back!

Love this place. How many times do you hear that about a dentist? Everybody is very friendly and the work is better than work I've had done in the United States. They will pick you up at the border, they speak English and Spanish the place is clean and the doctors are all very good. I conversed/talked with/shared/asked more things with this office than a cumulative 50+ years with all my US dentists. They're very pro-active and competent at answering all the questions I came up with. crossing the border with a unique "Medical tourism" license. 300k people cross back into the US every day and it takes over 3 hours if you're in your own rig. He gets through at breakneck speed. Ours was less than 20 mins to the US. ZERO stopping coming into Mexico. I'll need to go back about 2-3 more times to complete everything I need to have done. I feel like I've found my forever dentist. Looking forward to having more food there next time. All smiles from this guy.

Dr. Nadia was amazing! She was thorough and a perfectionist which I greatly appreciated! They accommodated my work schedule and went the extra mile when my hotel couldn’t pick me up after the day! I received 20 veneers and love them! They look so natural!

t through the process of examination and evaluation with a dentist and oral surgeon in San Diego. I needed a wisdom tooth extraction and Oral Surgeon was going to charge $1,090. Insurance was going make me pay a balance of $550. So I shopped around online and found BioDental Care. They only charge $150 for a wisdom tooth extraction, and they pamper you through the whole experience. I am going to cancel my HMO dental insurance next open enrollment period. If you want a true doctor to patient experience but don't have PPO insurance to pick your preferred dentist, Tijuana is place to come for the freedom to choose your own provider out of pocket. Even compared to my previous PPO insurance, BioDental Care exceeded my expectations and experience by miles. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking quality dental care. To put things in perspective, my late father was a dentist and one of my cousins retired from dentistry about +5 years ago. I have a few dentist I would like to see in San Diego before they retire, if only they were in my insurance network. So grateful to find Dr David and BioDental Care.
