They truly went above and beyond—bringing in a phlebotomist, a heart specialist, handling prescriptions, and even ordering lunch for us! What began as a simple road trip to Mexico turned into an unforgettable experience. They gave us excellent recommendations, made us feel completely at ease, and helped us settle in comfortably. We walked to our appointments every day and truly enjoyed immersing ourselves in the local culture. We are beyond thankful. It was absolutely worth the drive, and we received so much more than we ever imagined. Highly, highly recommend!

I am GLAD I went to BioDental.... I hate the dentist. I cry at the dentist BUT, Dr. Ammy Romero was WONDERFUL. She was transparent, thorough, gentle, and showed me extraordinary patience. I had one root canal, two crowns and a wisdom tooth extracted and I will definitely be going back to have her do more work. I am VERY GRATEFUL that I found a dentist as amazing as Dr. Ammy. Thank you!!!

Can’t say enough good things about BioDental Care! The staff is super professional, there’s never any type of wait, and they even provided rides for me when I needed help getting there which was a huge plus. Nadia did almost all of my work and she’s amazing — skilled, friendly, and made everything way easier than I expected. Highly recommend if you want great dental care without the stress and at a fraction of the price you’ll pay in the states.

I had crowns and bridges done at Biodental two weeks ago and it’s healing very good. I lost my bottom front tooth when I was a teenager, I am 50 now. Throughout those years that entire lower front area shifted, left me with 2 gaps on both sides. I decided to get my teeth fixed before my 50th birthday because why not. I had consultations with my dentist in Los Angeles, where I live, however the price was so high and I don’t think I can afford it. One day I was scrolling through Tiktok and saw someone who had the crown done in Tijuana Mexico. It was never crossed my mind to go there to get any kind of procedure, however after I spoke with Tony at Biodental he made me very comfortable. He answered all my questions during our phone consultation. After we spoke about the price, I went ahead and book the appointment for the following week. To avoid I traffic driving from LA to San Diego border, I decided to do it on a Saturday. I have never been to Tijuana before, so I told Toni I would park my car at the US side, cross over by foot and had them pick me up. I thought it would be safer and easier. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by their staff: which all of them were very nice. They took me to one of the rooms where my dentist and her assistant were ready with all the tools needed. She spent around 30 minutes to examine my teeth, took some photos and X-ray. I was impressed with all the equipment they used. They are very advanced and some have the latest technology which I don’t really see it in the state. After we agreed on what needs to be done, she proceeded with the process of shaping the teeth and place the temporary crown in. The entire process took about 2 hours. They took me back to the border and the lady who drove us there was very sweet. (please don’t forget to tip them if you decide to use their shuttle service) I came back that following Friday to get the permanent one installed . This time I drove my car, since I was more familiar with the area from my first visit. On the way back They gave you medical pass where you can bypass the lane to enter the USA border. It took me 30 mimutes to pass cross the border instead of 3 hours when we crossed by foot a week before. So driving is a better option! Over all it was a good experience from start to finish, unfortunately I had to go back for the third time because the crowns was not properly fitted, the biting feels off and the middle crown feel too bulky. But they fixed it, the staff were very professional, kind and really listened to my concerns. I am very pleased with how my teeth look. Now I can chew better. I wish I could have done it sooner. I highly recommend this place. I hope this review can help others who have doubts about going to Mexico to get their teeth done.

Biodental did an amazing job on my smile. Joe did an awesome job taking care of all of my arrangements. Dr. Trejo, Dr. Garcia and Dr. Dani restored my smile with compassion and respect. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. Arturo the driver was very professional. I felt valued as a client. I'll remain loyal to this clinic. I highly recommend Biodental.

Would give 6 stars if I could. The staff at BioDental Care are amazing - super nice, professional and very caring. Dr Ammy worked wonders—totally redid my smile (crowns and bridges) with expertise and care. Best experience with a dentist so far. I highly recommend BioDental Care for cosmetic dentistry. Better than any dentist here in LA.

The dentists and the front office are good people, the lab makes many mistakes. Bio dental suggested using an acrylic prosthesis top, I had a bottom prosthesis made of porcelain and metal. The mismatch in materials made the top prosthesis break 2 times. I was responsible for all the extra costs. We went to a cubic zirconia (+$2,500) my 4th trip back to Mexico, this didn’t fit again. The people in the back office are rude and try to charge the patient for their mistakes and refuse to cover additional costs. After paying for a cubic zirconia prosthesis that did not fit. Not wanting to give them a 5th try, I wanted a return of my money. Their answer was to take the broken acrylic out of my mouth and leave me without any teeth, and return the money for the acrylic, but not the added $2,500 for the cubic zirconia. The back office lied about the cost of the prosthesis and tried to scam me out of money and leave me without teeth for $8,500. This whole experience was a disaster. Once the teeth are in and there is a problem' with them, they hang you out to dry and you will be responsible for added costs for their mistakes. I was forced to go back a 5th time, finally the cubic zirconia fit, they took $500 of the bill, however this didn’t come close to the added costs from the extra trips, hotels, gas, time and food. The dentist and assistant worked very hard to make prosthesis fit right and I appreciate them and their hard work. Management and back office suck. I understand mistakes happen, however it was a miserable and frustrating experience.

Can't say enough about the quality of service or the professionalism. The facilities are amazing too, they do not ask anything of the fancy dental offices in the States. Yeah, they are a bit more expensive that other dentists in TJ but I could have not asked for better care. I do highly recommend their services. You will not be disappointed. Big thanks to Alvaro and Antonio for handling the logistics, the front desk girls for doing the insurance paperwork and specially the 4 doctors and the anesthesiologist for their professionalism. I did 2 bridges, an implant and the best deep cleaning I ever had, under the gums! I am set for a while.

I really can't say enough on how lucky I am for finding Bio Dental Tijuana. Over the last six months or so I've had major dental surgery, bone grafts, implants, crowns and a new bridge. Most of the work that they did was to repair damaged that a dentist did here in California. All the work that I had done was thousands less then the estimates that I got here and the work they do is far superior to any American dentist I've ever been to. I've had dental work done in India, Thailand, America and now Mexico and by far the US being the worst and most expensive. Everyone working at Bio Dental are friendly, highly skilled and really care about you not just your money. It is totally safe having work done in Tijuana. If you fly into San Diego Arturo picks you up at the airport takes you to the clinic and then brings you back. If you have to spend the night that's no problem they will help you pick a nice hotel and get you back and forth. In the US there are so many people suffering from dental problems because of the high cost and poor treatment that I highly recommend reaching out to Bio Dental you'll be happy you did.

I was referred there by my lady. Been dealing with a front tooth implant issue for well over 15 years. Yup, I was skeptical, not because it was in TJ, but because I felt the many trips I’d have to make from LA to TJ to manage the process. Well, I bit the bullet and finally did it last month. What a great facility. Great staff. Everyone’s very nice and I combined my weak Spanish with their excellent English to get along pretty well. My “artist” (her name ay ya ya I can’t remember-I’ll find out but It was either Allison/Annie/Aida—Im so sorry) really spent hours on me, not breaking once. She had crazy endurance bother times I saw her. Worth every penny—and I saved quite a bit. The border crossing wasn’t so bad driving in and with the medical pass they give you, returning to the states was much much quicker. Awesome place. The USA should takes lessons, but he’ll, it is in my opinion that dental should be medical!
