d. After three days of treatment, totaling approximately 10 hours, all procedures were successfully completed. Dr. Roman Iakimovich was highly professional, skilled, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I’m not sure how many people fall asleep in a dentist’s chair, but I actually fell asleep a few times during the treatment — which probably says a lot about how comfortable and stress-free the experience was. :) I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Iakimovich and the entire team at Biodent for their professionalism, care, and support. Of course, durability and long-term results are very important in dental treatments. I plan to update this review in one year to share my experience regarding the long-term durability of the work.

The manager, Mr. Victor, is truly excellent. He is extremely reliable; he carefully explained every step and always put me at ease. The clinic is also very clean and modern. The prices are quite reasonable as well. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Everything was explained to us in detail at every stage, so we felt calm and confident. We were especially pleasantly surprised that after my teeth were extracted and my husband's implants were installed, there was virtually no pain. Everything was extremely comfortable and thorough. The clinic has a very pleasant atmosphere, modern equipment, and attentive care for patients. We are sincerely grateful to the entire Biodent team for their professionalism and excellent work. They have great doctors; even though I had some difficulties in the limited space, they took very good care of me and made my treatment comfortable. Harun and Anastasia do a great job. We had implants placed at this clinic. During our six-month visit, the dentists, Viktor and Alexey, were always friendly and professional. The equipment is modern, and there's free parking, which is a huge plus for Prague's city center. I'm very happy with everything.

Viktor Levchenko, who called me several times during the preliminary stage to clarify all the details, and then created the bridge with the utmost precision, eliminating the need for adjustments, reworking, etc. And this is undoubtedly due to the dentist, Anastasia Levchenko (who is also Viktor's daughter :). I would like to express my deep gratitude to Anastasia Levchenko for the sensitivity and attention she shows to each patient! A caring attitude towards patients, anticipating possible reactions to dental procedures in advance. Precision in performing procedures and coordinating with other clinic staff, high professionalism, extensive knowledge, and a friendly attitude make this doctor stand out! Generally speaking, the clinic is conveniently located in the city center, close to a metro station and tram, yet in a quiet area. The clinic is clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the schedule runs smoothly. Modern medical equipment and materials; knowledgeable, certified specialists; attentive nursing staff. A special thank you to Anna at the reception! I was 5+ satisfied with the work performed: on the first day, they ground down my teeth and took all my measurements using scanning; on the second day, they placed a bridge, simultaneously treating the exposed necks of my teeth with a protective varnish and sanding down the old bridge, which was causing me discomfort. I went to Biodent for several treatments (tooth extraction, root canal treatment, fillings, crowns on several teeth, etc.) and I am absolutely very satisfied in every respect (organization, explanation, regional anesthesia, treatment, etc.).

Excellent practice, very friendly staff, state-of-the-art equipment, I was able to speak German with "my" dentist, initial appointment with quote on December 8, 2023, three implants placed on December 15, 2023, crowns fitted at the end of March 2024, after just 3-4 weeks, a fantastic feeling in my bite, everything, absolutely everything, was great.
