Amazing clinic; the staff is very warm, friendly, welcoming. The clinic itself is top notch; brand spanking new machines and equipment, elegant and comfortable facilities. This clinic offers an array of dental services as well as caters to foreigners (English, Spanish and Russian speakers) as well as of course to Czech patients. I highly recommend.

n. Both Dr. Victor Levchenko and Dr. Anastasiya Levchenko were professional and knowledgeable, and they explained each step of the process clearly and answered all of my questions in perfect English. The dental implants were high quality and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this dental clinic for anyone looking for high-quality dental implants installation in a comfortable and friendly environment. Plus there are multiple chap flight from London every day and lots of chap accommodations around the clinic in Prague 2 -quiet historical part of the town with lots of parks and restaurants around, close to the center and tourists attractions.

Pleasant office, helpful reception, can help with everything and the environment is very nice. The doctor is very skilled and has always helped me with every problem I have with my teeth. I definitely recommend it. :)
A very well-equipped practice with state-of-the-art equipment, exceptionally friendly staff, and competent doctors. Everyone there speaks fluent English, and communication was excellent. I received two implants at a reasonable price and am very satisfied.

My mother had her dental work (implants) done there for €13,000. After just 2.5 years, the implants are already ruined. We had to travel to Prague five times and pay for hotels five times. The quality of the dental work is very poor. It's now costing much more than if we had had everything done in Germany. To everyone from Germany: stay away from this practice. They're a rip-off.

Unfortunately, I no longer use this clinic. The quality of treatment is poor, and the prices are exorbitant. It's a rip-off. Just getting a basic filling costs at least 5,000 CZK. e clinic, and made an appointment. I didn't specify that the doctor speak Russian when I made the request, because I'd always been told it was a given. When I arrived at the appointed time, the receptionist told me the doctor was Spanish, which was very disappointing, as over many years of living in Europe, I've experienced the level of professionalism of European doctors firsthand, and I've been treated in Germany, Spain, Austria, and Italy. Unfortunately, they're nowhere near as good as Russian doctors. But the clinic receptionist assured me he was a truly good doctor, and I agreed. After a 20-minute wait, the doctor was busy with something, but he finally saw me. As I expected, knowing Spanish doctors, he was pompous. He glanced at my tooth and the x-ray, then had a long discussion with his two assistants. After 20 minutes, I received a bill for 8,700 or 8,900 crowns (I can't remember exactly). The last line on the bill was for a post-treatment x-ray, costing 4,000 crowns. I asked the receptionist what kind of x-ray it was and whether I could do without one. It's strange, after all, that we'd never had any post-treatment x-rays taken before, especially at this very clinic, but the receptionist insisted it was mandatory. My requests to find a decent Russian-speaking doctor, as this one didn't inspire any confidence, were also met with a negative response. Ultimately, I declined treatment at this clinic. I found the first clinic I found online in 15 minutes and made an appointment. I was seen by a young Russian-speaking guy. I paid 700 CZK for the first appointment, including an X-ray, and 1,400 for the second. Ultimately, I received high-quality dental treatment without any fuss or wasted time. I spent less than 1.5 hours with the doctor during these two appointments, and paid 2,100 CZK instead of 8,700. This clinic, however, didn't provide any treatment, and I wasted an hour.

Hello Igor, thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely disappointed and surprised by your comment, as your last visit was a year ago for a consultation and you haven't had any treatment since. At our clinic, we always use the highest quality materials and devote maximum time to treating each patient. We disagree with the assertion that our clinic is a rip-off, as treatment plans are based on an examination and imaging and only include what's needed for treatment. The pricing information you provided is inaccurate. A "regular filling" doesn't cost at least 5,000 crowns, as you can see in the pricing section of our website. Each patient has their own individual treatment plan, and the price of fillings depends on the extent of tooth decay and whether the tooth requires additional radiation in addition to the filling. Your treatment plan was created based on the imaging taken during your appointment. You were offered two-stage root canal treatment and a filling at the end of the treatment because your tooth had decay near the nerve. Since root canal treatment is often necessary for such teeth, a maximum price was calculated for you. The price you quoted, 4,000 for what you call an "image," is incorrect, as that price is for root canal treatment in this tooth. We do not have images for that amount listed. The filling itself cost 2,000 crowns. The total cost was 8,550 crowns for anesthesia, isolation, temporary root canal treatment, and the permanent root canal treatment and filling. We are very disappointed that you are providing this information about our clinic. All the amounts and treatment plan are in your file, and we can provide them to you. In the end, you paid 550 crowns for a panoramic image, as your last visit to the clinic was 8 years ago, and we did not even include the consultation in your bill. We're glad you found your doctor and clinic with more affordable prices. We'd also like to point out that if you were looking for treatment with a Russian-speaking doctor only, you should have let us know in advance, and we would have easily rescheduled you for another appointment. Since our clinic is located in the Czech Republic, our doctors can't be exclusively Russian-speaking; they always speak Czech. Sincerely, the BioDent team.
