I visited today after being very nervous and not visiting a dentist in over 10 years. The dentist today was so patient with me and encouraged me to have the cleaning done. I am so happy I visited here today. Thank you so much

Excellent service. Very professional and friendly. I had to reschedule my appointments because I was running late, and they were able to accommodate me for another time on the same day. They were always very honest and transparent about the treatments they would perform.
Horrible customer service. Was very awful experience. Don't waste your time and money here.

I went to this Dental Clinic first in July. My experience was phenomenal. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. The dentist and her assistant were also welcoming and friendly. Then….. comes the second visit. Almost the opposite in every area. Front desk: Friendly welcome - 0; cared that I came -0; encouraged me to come back -0. y and schedule next appointment. There was a patient before me but two workers. They let me stand for 10 minutes without even acknowledging my presence. One woman was working another guy was doing absolutely nothing. When I finally was acknowledged and sat down to pay, I noticed the guy was playing around on his phone while I waited. Dentist My first cleaning didn’t hurt at all. The doctor and her assistant took care to work with gentleness and respect. Today, the opposite. The dentist barely spoke to me. I felt like I was on an assembly line. She was VERY rough and didn’t seem to care. She pulled my jaw and lips in ways that I’ve never had before in cleaning procedure. She didn’t say goodbye or thank you for coming or anything. Just: One word- finished. Bottom line: there are lots of dental clinics in Bangkok. This office is hit and miss. My bill was 2000 baht for cleaning. I personally wouldn’t pay that again for treatment where no one gives a damn whether you are there or not and you have to take Ibuprofen due to the pain not from cleaning but from the rough treatment from dentist and her assistant.

However, some time later, I went to another dental clinic in Bangkok and received a similar dental cleaning, also using a water-pressure system, for only 2,000 THB. This price difference makes me feel that I was significantly overcharged, possibly because I am a foreigner and was not fully aware of the real market prices in Thailand. The root canal treatment itself was already expensive, (around 60000 THB) so paying 9,000 THB for a basic cleaning now feels unjustified and disappointing. Overall, the treatment was completed, but this experience left me with a strong feeling of being overcharged and taken advantage of. I would strongly advise international patients to compare prices elsewhere before accepting any recommended treatments here.

I cleaned up my teeth and removed two wisdom teeth here, the doctor is very professional and gentle, I didn’t feel any pain after the surgery. Recommend!
I booked an appointment for teeth cleaning and got a slot very quickly. The service was excellent and the clinic was very clean. I'm very impressed.
Finally got the issue resolved with most knowledge Doctor at BIDC. Best for expats and foreigners. They also provide the social security benefits.

Came here cleaning a couple of times. The clinic is very clean and the dentist is always polite. Prices are reasonable too.

As for me, it's a terrible mess, not only is it expensive but it was also poorly made, the plaque from my teeth didn't come off, it was a mess, it took 22 hours of sanding and cleaning, I think it even damaged my teeth.
