I have been there several times (for dental cleaning) and believe that the dental clinic fulfils high standards.

services needed and someone I requested from the start. When I asked what’s alternative I have to get the services requested at the booked time, they said none but to leave and book again. It was one day before my birthday too making it more important to feel confident in my smile, something they claim they do.
You've ruined my perfectly good teeth. Now I can't eat anything hot, cold, hard, or sour. Every now and then, my gums ache so much that I can't sleep.

Great experience today, dentist and reception staff spoke great english, I was a morning walk-in and sorted a booking for just after lunchtime. Entire communication of fees and services was very clear. I was quite happy with my time here.

professional and very very kind and soft spoken. They never let me feel scared or not wanted as I was just a walk-in patient today. Kudos to the management and everyone in this Dental Clinic! BIDC is my go to Dental place from now on everytime I am in Bangkok. I highly recommend this place! Excellent!
During a trip to BKK, I visited the clinic several times for an implant, replacing crowns, cleaning, etc. When I left, I was told to watch the last tooth on the right, it had a crack repaired, but should be okay. No other instructions or alerts were provided. I returned to BKK over 6 months later to have a cleaning. At that time, I was told the implant on the other side of my mouth was turning…

and could be stripped. I was never told to be aware of this happening. Then, I was told the tooth on the opposite side of my mouth had cracked apart during the earlier work and the crown could pop off at any time because it doesn't bond to the filler. If this happens, it requires emergency response and the tooth will be pulled in pieces. I was never told this was being done. I was gone for months and knew nothing of this danger. The only thing I have received from this clinic is a form they want me to sign to absolve them of all responsibility for damage, harm, etc. Apology, no offer to correct, no refund so I can seek better care elsewhere. Disgraceful treatment of a patient who trusted the clinic and staff
The clinic is clean, the staff provides good service, the doctor speaks well and gives good advice, and the dentist is very clean and thorough.

Dr. Jirapat is very skilled. The filling is beautiful and smooth. She has a gentle touch and is comfortable. The doctor is kind, polite, and lovely and friendly.
The experience here was surprisingly better than many of the dentists I had been to in the US. Fast and thorough cleaning: got a retainer mold taken and my teeth cleaned, plus sealant applied on multiple teeth all in less than an hour.
Good service, the doctor gave detailed advice, and the place was clean.
