Had my teeth cleaned at Beverly Wilshire whilst on holiday in Kuala Lumpur. The dentist and the dental assistant were both lovely and the cleaning was great. Would recommend!

Done scaling and polishing with Dr. Cheng. She was calm, professional and very clear in explaining to me which parts I have to take better care of. The registration process with staff was pleasant and fast.

I went in for fillings but I got toothache for the whole night and day to the point that I cannot bear it anymore so I had to go to Pantai Hospital. My left side was aching extremely and gave me so much headache. I cannot focus on any of their services because I was in so much pain after the treatments. I would like to complain about the procedure I had at the clinic. Initially, the agreement was that I would receive three separate implants. However, I encountered a problem when the dentist placed the implants at the wrong angle, causing them to be misaligned. Unfortunately, the first two crowns were poorly made, and the dentist had to order a third set of crowns to complete the procedure adequately. Later on, I discovered that the misalignment of the implants could have been corrected by using angled abutments. When I brought this to the attention of the dentist, she informed me that such abutments were not available in Malaysia. It was clear that she was not aware of the options for achieving a good implant outcome. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Instead of having three separate implants with individual crowns, I ended up with a bridge made of three crowns. Moreover, I paid for an unnecessary extra implant, as the same bridge implant could have been achieved with just two implants and three crowns. The delays in the procedures even led to me having to reschedule my flight twice, incurring additional fees. Two weeks later, half of the filling covering the implant screw broke off and fell out. I cannot recommend this dental clinic based on my negative experience.

I make an appointment on last week to do scaling & polishing with my sister. It was my first time visit this dental clinic as it been recommended by my friend. The clinic is very tidy and clean as i feel very comfortable waiting at their customer lounge. The Dr & staffs is very nice to us. I highly recommend you guys to visit this clinic if you want to make your smile BIG and pretty again.

Yesterday I came to do scaling and polishing for my tooth. The doctor and nurses at this clinic is really nice and care about my well being. The facility is very clean and they also provide complimentary hot drink (tea,milo & nescafe). Not to forget, the front desk staff are very friendly. Thank you for your excellent service.
