Flawless!
It was impossible to get any information or answers from this hospital, which presents itself as the best. So I received treatment at another hospital that responded to my requests.
I had 2 treatments a deep cleaning and 2 front teeth rebuilt after an accident. Held off doing this in the UK as hard to get appointments and the pricing is insane. Booking was straightforward and the entire team were brilliant, very professional. Cannot fault them in any way. Overall about 10k THB so much cheaper and I feel a significantly better job done by the team.
I had a very disappointing experience with BIDH. They canceled my dental appointment at the last minute with no prior notice and offered no alternative.
Had 2 treatments - cavity treatment and removing old veneers for setting up the new ones. The clinic is very nice, treatment under laughing gas is very comfortable and 4 hours in the chair passed significantly faster than it could be. Every doctor is very friendly, and all docs are true masters of their profession. As for the pricing, I don't understand negative words in other reviews, for me…

I was refused a first aid service. What a shame of a place.
I saw it near my condo, so I took my boyfriend there. In the end, the counter staff spoke very disrespectfully and looked at me like I couldn't afford to pay. My boyfriend just had a front toothache. wouldn't receive treatment. If a life-threatening error occurred, they wouldn't be responsible. I was just asking what was wrong with his tooth. If it were serious enough to require CPR, I would have told my boyfriend not to do it, but the staff said that we couldn't just sit here and type like this. They didn't ask about any symptoms at all. The staff are lovely and very cute. Procedures are explained well in English. You can receive a great standard of care here - I recommend it.
I went to have my teeth cleaned on 05/10/2023 at the 98 Sukhumvit 2 Alley location (see the receipt). The cleaning was performed by a dentist and two assistants. Everything seemed pretty normal until the dentist inserted the tip of the scaling tool into the top of one of my front teeth, pushed it down and rocked it back and forth. damage my tooth. Thankfully, my tooth didn't suffer major damage, but I experienced painful sensitivity for weeks afterwards. She and other staff also tried to sell me procedures I didn't need and had never expressed any interest in. This dental hospital seems to be far more interested in making money than taking good care of its patients and, if there is a hell for doctors who intentionally harm their patients, I expect to find this dentist there one day. I've since had my teeth cleaned twice with other providers. I did not experience anything more than mild sensitivity which went away after a couple of days.

Definitely not recommended. Very green dentist and not very experienced. Price is so random. They overcharge unless you negotiate like in the night market. Very disappointed.

I don’t know where to start, but if you looking for Dentist who cares this is the place. I’ve never experienced a Dental office that goes above and beyond to find a solution to your dental issues. I recommend everyone come here.

spoke excellent English, explained all procedures and costs , and performed the clean, descale, and 3 fillings very professionally and totally pain free. Great experience. I was expecting to have to return for multiple visits, but I was able to get everything done in the single 2 hour period. The building itself is very modern, multi floor, clean , relaxed, and cool. Just what you want when visiting a dentist.very happy with the service provide at BIDH and highly recommended to others.

If you have anything more complex than a filling or cleaning, I don’t recommend this place. It’s a billing factory and you will not get thorough attentive service or good sound dental advice.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Thanapol. The procedure was painless; I was very impressed. I also had orthodontic treatment with Dr. Kik, and I'm very happy with the results.
