Wonderful, professional experience, feels like checking in at hotel but had to remind myself this is a clean dentist establishment. They take very good care sanitizing and using protective gear during covid. Thank you for your service to everyone in BIDH.

I had a root canal and internal bleaching of a front tooth. The root canal was done very well. The bleaching i re-did later at another clinic to a better result. The staff was very friendly, however the dentist wasn't as friendly and quite short in his answers to my question. There was also a big lack of clear communications. won't go back again. I asked about the price. They said they would call the doctor and give me the answer. At first, they said 70,000-80,000 baht. Then, after a moment, they turned around and told me 80,000-90,000 baht. The price went up suddenly! I was confused!! I don't mind that the clinic only has foreigners getting treatment, but I wanted to do it because my insurance could reimburse me. I thought the clinic would be convenient, but the staff member was unpleasant. I think there's only one person who was unpleasant, but it was the one I encountered.
Dentists are very good. Receptionists for appointments don’t really care. Even recommended me another clinic because no dentist available on time (for doing a very small thing which takes only few minutes - any dentist could do this; don’t needed a surgeon). Just loosing me as a customer even I planned to buy a bridge or an implant.

he doctor and nurses stayed very patient and attentive. Once the procedure started, I felt calm and safe. The doctor applied anesthetic gel first and explained every step before giving the injection. One of the nurses even turned on white noise and gently held/stroked my hand during the anesthesia — this small gesture made me feel truly cared for. The extraction itself was much faster and easier than I expected. I was prepared for something much more difficult, but the doctor handled everything very confidently and gently. The actual removal took around 15 minutes, and I honestly didn’t even have time to nap before they told me it was done 😁 What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure, no fear-based selling, and no unnecessary services pushed on me. The doctor was honest, calm, and clear about what needed to be done. I am very happy that I chose to do the extraction here and with this team🥰❤️Thank you so much for your professionalism, kindness and care.

Truly awful hospital, if you are coming from abroad be very careful. The whatsapp staff are only looking to sell you the services, without even checking with their dentists first. The reception told me I could have extraction based on my X-Ray only without any CT scan, and told me they have confirmed with doctor (when they didn't). I booked all my hotel and flight, but when I arrived the dentist said they cannot operate if my flight is in 24 hours! Wasted my money, and they have told me for 3 months they are preparing refund, but it is a lie - again they are just false hopes and trying to sell you. I will be doing the right thing to warn the Dental Authority in Thailand and the tourism board that this hospital is not focusing on patient safety as priority.

Did a dental implant here after a fracture. The colour was hard to match but Dr. Phurin and his team were very precise and perfectionistic to achieve optimal results. Super happy with the results!

Horrible, dishonest experience here. Their reception WhatsApp gave me surgeons approvals for surgery and also cleared me to fly 24h after my surgery, but the reception was lying or making up info! Unfortunately, certain factors such as surgical complexity and post-operative travel safety cannot always be fully determined from a 2D image or preliminary information shared remotely. Despite the dentist and assistant being friendly and nice, some members of staff have not been really professional. Unfortunately, my appointment got cacelled due to the taxi services bailing on me multiple times. I have since then requested my X-rays, which I paid a high price for, but the staff ignored my emails.

I have been coming to BIDH for a few years now. My initial visit was having all my old and new dental work done that includes root canal, implants, new crowns and also have all my old filling redone. Had 3 wisdom teeth removed , come on Hoilday from England and needed emergency treatment, they was able to see me the next day and get the procedure done in under 30 mins . Because a nervous patient I choose the laughing gas, they assured me all throughout and was very patient and monitoring how I was feeling throughout.
