I had my dental work done by Dr. Phubin and he such a good dentist, he's very professional and friendly. He is definitely an expert. He even came in on his day off, for the last checks of my crowns. He's very kind. My crowns were also made so quickly. I'm so happy with my teeth. Thank you Dr. Phubin and BIDH dental staff. See you next year ☺️
Everyone at BIDC was friendly, helping, and kind. It made my dental experience pleasant. I would recommend BIDC to anyone in need of dental care.
I made an appointment for a cleaning and was given a written estimate of 1,500 to 3,000 baht. Once I was seated, the doctor told me it would go up to 4,000 baht, without giving any reason for the increase. A cleaning of just my front teeth (I have no molars), rushed, and unsatisfactory. Super expensive + bad service = I'll never return.
Dr. Chayapat did a great job; he had a gentle touch. The assistants and the counter staff were also very attentive.
The dentists here are all very gentle, they do excellent work, and their procedures are the most meticulous I've ever encountered.
Excellent experience from start to finish. During my stay in Bangkok my tooth broke. After contacting BIDH through Line, I had an appointment the next morning. All the staff is very welcoming, well-spoken and work together as one. Dr. Nicha is professional and calm (and also beautiful). Very satisfied with the procedure and result. Highly recommend.
Quite a disappointing visit I am afraid. I made an appointment for cleaning an descaling for me and my wife. They reserved an hour for each of us. The dentist, did not introduce herself as a dentist, very poor English an not very friendly. No conversation and not interested in listening to you or asking about probable issues. that we both would benefit from special treatment with high pressure water and some kind of cleaning powder. That would be a 3200 bath extra! EACH! So we said no thank you…please do it the conventional way. So she scraped…but not very systematically. She ‘forgot’ several angles, polished for 1 minute and kick us out in less than 30 minutes. So I feel scammed. Sometimes a reputation makes lazy and arrogant. Why so expensive? Count the number of girls behind the reception! Three! And opposite the desk there is a cashier-desk with another three unclear co-workers staring at their phones. It is all the world of make believe….I would recommend BIDH if you enjoy wasting money and your good faith!
I rarely leave reviews but was so impressed by the quality level of service received there yesterday for the removal of all 4 of our 18 year old daughter’s wisdom teeth. We had been in touch with some clinics, even getting an X-RAY done at one, which we ended up forwarding to BIDH as our daughter wanted to perform this oral surgery using the nitric oxide gas, as some gum areas needed to be cut. the end we were extremely pleased with our decision to choose this location, who managed to get us scheduled in quickly, as Dr Kan was so caring and very informative, and took many steps throughout the process to minimize pain etc. and it was clear that we were in the best and most experienced possible care. We were budget conscious as well, having no insurance to cover any of it, and we received excellent value for our money, speaking also to Dr Kan’s sincerity and honesty about the work performed. I give this hospital our highest level of recommendation for anyone who is considering going there and thank BIDH and specifically Dr Kan and his team for everything 🙏🏼 We would certainly return in future for any additional needs.

during check up they were so gentle with me. This along with the state of the art equipment and building facility, I knew I was in the right hands. I was put to sleep and woke up 3 hours later , 4 wisdom teeth extracted along with 3 more teeth. The last tooth ( 7) was something I had never been told I had , I recommend this team to everyone who has severe dental anxiety, please do yourselves a favour, I would spend that money again in a heartbeat for the absolute care and attention. I recently completed various dental procedures at BIDH. These included two new crowns (molars), a root canal, two fillings and ancillary x-rays, preliminary exam, etc. The total cost was Thai Bhat 96,020, about USD $2,800.
