The Best dental hospital in Bangkok! With good facilities and high technologies. Located in the midtown of the capital. Only few steps from the subway. Highly recommended!

Bad morals and behavior towards Arab travelers

difficulty in accommodating my schedule. So, I decided to risk a visit to the BIDH. At the reception, I was treated with the usual politeness and efficiency we often find in Thai health professionals. However, I must highlight the friendliness, professionalism and competence demonstrated by Dr Phurin Hansakul, who accommodated my schedule and replaced my broken crown when I was available. This procedure usually takes several weeks. I also took the opportunity to have my teeth cleaned. The work was carried out with great care and efficiency, and I cannot fail to express my gratitude to Dr Phurin and his team for their help. It should be noted that the speed did not compromise the quality of the service provided, which, in the words of Dr Phurin himself, "had to be perfect!" I cannot express enough praise for Dr Phurin Hansakul. Thank you, Doctor!
RE: Dental Tourism: I was very tempted to give BIDH a 5 star review especially after reading the positive reviews on here for dental tourism, however although the prosthetic dentist and endodontist I have seen on my initial visit, trying to book appointments in order to complete the treatments I have started there *has proven to be TIME CONSUMING AND EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING*. to follow-up several times with staff and often are not given answers to our inquiries in a time appropriate manner. Having had already started treatment in BIDH, i now find myself in an extremely tricky situation as I fully rely on them to help me arrange appointments and answer my inquiries/ which they have been taking lightly. This morning for example, we have reached out to them around 11am in an attempt to book appointments for our upcoming trip (as I have unfinished root canal retreatment) and we still have had no answers on the dentist’s availabilities for the following week. It is now almost 6pm and still no answer (we have followed up with them multiple times). It does not take a whole day to let a patient know whether they can be seen or not. In that aspect, I would not recommend BIDH.

Dr. Paitoon is extremely talented at what he does! he has definitely mastered his craft. he is a gentleman at the same time. I had my daughter do my research for me when i was choosing a dental clinic. BIDH is what she recommended and thank god.

Best team were taking care of me once I needed a complicated surgical removing of 3 teeth, from first meeting the doctors who explained everything, to the team of nurses who were still making sure, Im feeling comfortable and without stress, for those who are extremely afraid of pain and unknown, I recommending BIDH Hospital. I got a wisdom tooth extracted here and there was ZERO pain. Not even the anesthetic injections hurt… amazing 💖 …

doctor didn't speak fluent English, which hampered communication and increased my frustration. The lack of organization and the language barrier mean I wouldn't recommend this center to anyone.
BIDH is very professional.staff are very helpful and friendly. My daughters are very happy with service here.
