The clinic was bad. I wanted treatment but changed my mind because of the high prices and lack of transparency regarding the cost.
I went into BIDH last week for teeth cleaning and Zoom teeth whitening. The moment I walked through the door I felt good friendly vibes. The staff were amazing and were able to answer all my questions well. The dentist Dr Jirach spoke perfect English and was so thorough with his explanation of everything he had to do with my teeth. Respectful to their patients is the overall summary of my visit. 50 years of dentist overcharging, over working, and making bad assessments concerning my teeth. My surgeon had my best interest and not the company's. I was on a very tight time schedule to do a crown as I only had a few days in Bangkok. Dr Purin was very professional and talked me through all the options and recommended a crown even though another dentist in another country insisted on a full root canal. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist. This is an unsolicited review. I am a real person and I have not been incentivized to write this review. The experience was truly pain free, from the numbing to the local anesthesia injection, to the extraction, and aftercare, I did not feel a thing and remained extremely comfortable. tongue or the anesthesia lasts too long but they really performed a flawless execution there and managed to provide a soothing experience. They are really top notch. Highly recommend.

Very expensive. No transparency about prices. Every time I get another price here. This time I had to pay 2900 THB for a regular teeth cleaning. Last time I came here.
Two stars because the staff and dentists were kind and friendly enough. However, this clinic is quite high priced for their services and is not transparent about it. I asked beforehand what my total cost would be yet when I got to the payment desk they added a "sterilization fee" for a swish of mouthwash. Not headed back to this clinic. Plenty of other choices.
Incredible experience. BIDH is one of the most competent dental hospitals in the world, costing a fraction of the "back home" prices. I will use them with great confidence for the rest of my life.

Special thanks to the two patient nurses who succeeded in getting a difficult X-ray from my daughter, demonstrating their professional calm and empathy throughout the process. Although some may comment on the wait times and costs, it is clear that BIDH is a popular choice because of their high-quality service. I think the slightly higher cost reflects the top-notch facilities, the latest technologies, and the availability of sedation options, all of which contribute to a superior standard of care. I feel grateful we choose BIDH and would not hesitate to return for future dental needs. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at BIDH for making our visit so smooth and reassuring.

Effeciency and service is shocking every time I visit. Despite booking an appointment at specific time, be prepared to wait 1-2 hours extra to see a dentist /specialist. Save your time and go elsewhere
