This is my first time in my life to write a review on Google like this. But honestly, this is a heartbreaking experience, you guys better find another clinic that is truly trustworthy and wants to cure patients, not a clinic that only SEEKS TURNOVER. As a result, work is not focused, and cannot provide solutions to patient problems. The intention to go to Audy MOI was to have a PSA with a dentist, SpkG, when I got there, my original tooth filling was removed, after that the doctor said "PSA cannot be done because there is no root canal". Even though I came with an x-ray, it should have been seen first if it really feels unable to handle this case, then don't force it. The title is I paid 1 million just to have a tooth filling removed without re-filling (they only gave a temporary filling). A specialist dentist can't analyze a case properly? Gosh, his specialist title is questionable. Don't let there be other victims.

I came here for a child's dental checkup. The service from the receptionist and the treatment from Dr. Selvyra and the nurses were also good, but the price was a bit high for a scaling that only took about 15 minutes. Administration fee 85,000 Rupiah Scaling 550,000 Rupiah Fluoride 450,000 Rupiah Total 1 million Rupiah, so it might be a bit expensive for some people. You might want to check out other, more affordable clinics and come here for more serious cases.

I swear I was so disappointed coming to Audy Dental, Moi branch, I'm an external patient. I intended to change the rubber and scaling of my teeth, but the dentist said "Hurry up" I can't do scaling, if I want to go to another doctor, the one who's available. And without approval, the rubber was immediately replaced. Then I thought, my intention was to go there to get scaling and replace the braces rubber. Scaling because my lower teeth already have tartar, if I only replace the rubber without scaling, it's useless because there's no change. Because the teeth are squeezed by tartar. Oh yeah, I was with Drg. Nasytha SpOrth. I swear I was so disappointed, where I was the first to arrive at 4:00 PM, but the patient who just arrived was called. Note that the nurse had already called my name, but suddenly it didn't happen. Instead, Jessica came in first. I'll never want to come here again

The place is nice, the staff and doctor are very friendly. But after having a filling done once, it still hurt. I went back twice to have another filling added, and it still hurt. It's unclear, so I'm constantly wasting money. I'm hesitant to go back again.

I've been to this dental clinic several times and am honestly very satisfied. The staff is responsive, and everything from booking to follow-up is super easy and hassle-free. The doctors also seem skilled and attentive to detail, so I felt safe and cared for throughout the treatment. Overall, the experience was comfortable and professional.

Back to Drg Sonny again! As always, the care is thorough and clear. The clinic is also clean and tidy.
