I've paid millions for braces with Dr. Ortho Ary. I took the best and most expensive braces package, around 10 million more spent at this clinic. When patients are coming for treatment, they are never invited to chat, never greeted, never explained how my teeth are progressing over the past few months. The doctor is ONLY BUSY JOKING AND GOSSIPING WITH THE NURSE. Until the final day I moved, the doctor did not APOLOGIZE TO ME. Apologize for the inconvenience? NOTHING. The doctor didn't even chat with me at all, when his patient had spent time, effort, and even MONEY. This clinic is not recommended at all, from the way it works that is UNPROFESSIONAL. The doctor who CANNOT RESPECT PATIENTS. deff 0/10. BAD ATTITUDE, BAD TREATMENT, for dr NI LUH NYOMAN ARY MAYASARI, may your life be peaceful, you have caused people a LOSS. HEARTBREAK. EVEN THE ANNOYANCE IS EXTREME. Until now, from you who are ARROGANT there is no word to say sorry for causing people a loss. today, I had an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction, and again, I didn't confirm. The consequence of this lack of confirmation was that, even though I had already made an appointment, my name wasn't added to the patient list for that day. So, when I entered the doctor's room, the doctor and assistant were confused because the patient in the room wasn't the one listed. But isn't it standard procedure for admins to confirm with both patients and doctors that their check-ups are scheduled? Isn't it also procedure that if a patient wants a tooth extraction, the admin is required to ask what should and should be asked, and what are the requirements and what is needed for wisdom tooth extraction? The admin instead guessed, arguing that he didn't ask for an X-ray because he assumed I already had one since I was undergoing braces treatment there. It's true that I did have an X-ray because I was undergoing braces. But in the doctor's office, the doctor wanted to examine my X-ray, and the admin didn't even ask for proof of an X-ray, even though it seems like it's absolutely mandatory, since it's a wisdom tooth extraction, and the doctor would definitely want to verify the results. Why did he guess and not ask for the proper procedure? As a result, I was tricked into just going there for a consultation and having to pay another, not cheap, consultation fee. Because what can I do? An X-ray is a physical examination, and if it could be photographed, I didn't even think about getting one because I wasn't asked for it. It's not just about the consultation fee, not wanting to pay or complaining or anything. Where's the professionalism of the admin? The thing is, before I decided to switch doctors from FDC Tangerang to Audy Dental Bali, it was also because FDC Bali didn't have an orthodontic doctor. Secondly, I chose Audy Dental because I trust it, and during my time in Tangerang, the Audy Dental admin at SN was very professional and didn't take patients for granted. Is this just me or what? The dental filling is horrible. Im traumatized. They dont know how to color match the filling and they dont care to make the filling look good

i, opting for "Damon Braces." (After researching this type of brace, it was the one with the least amount of pain, almost never felt painful after checkups, etc.) During my treatment here, Dr. Intan, an Ortho Specialist, handled my dental problem until it was resolved. I highly recommend her. She's really kind, gentle, slow, and very well-trained during her work. My questions were always answered sensibly. Unlike some dentists I've visited, who always recommend anything, even if our teeth don't need it, Dr. Intan is very different... she is a real dentist who really cares about the real condition of the patient's teeth. It's worth the money I've spent on my dental care over the year, and the results are great. Thanks Audy Dental Bali.
