I don't write reviews very often, but I was so happy with the care at Arculum that I decided to write one :) I had a problem with my tooth and it was absolutely great that I got an appointment almost immediately. The advantage of the procedure was a great music playlist, which made the already painless procedure even more enjoyable :) I'm glad that I found a clinic where I feel comfortable, they care about me and a huge plus is the beautifully designed and clean interior

Excellent care, both for acute, one-time cases - very humane treatment, it's always about saving the patient... or as a regular patient, I'm very satisfied. 🩷 As someone who is afraid of needles, blood and any interventions into the body, they give me care that eliminates that fear and I feel safe and thanks to that I've worked on my fear.

I first visited Arculum as an acute patient. Dr. Stankoci explained the cause of the problems and then removed the dead nerve. All without pain. That convinced me to switch here and get my teeth fixed. So far, completely satisfied.

I sought out Dr. Stankoci at the suggestion of my brother after an injury to my front tooth. After the examination, the doctor explained everything clearly and glued the broken piece of tooth back together completely unrecognizable.

The environment is pleasant, but asking 1000 CZK for a few minutes of a pediatric check-up without any intervention seems too much to me. And that's with the insurance company's contribution.

Hello Mr. Heinrich, Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. We understand that the price may seem higher, especially if the visit seems shorter. Our orthodontic initial consultation is usually a 45-minute appointment, which includes a detailed medical history, consultation and a comprehensive examination in the chair. However, if we are dealing with smaller children (often sent to assess a specific matter - specialists, e.g. in speech therapy, ENT or for sleep problems), for whom the entire scope of one longer appointment could be too burdensome, the initial examination may be shorter. In such a case, we primarily obtain all the key information needed both for the sending specialist and from the perspective of our doctor, given the age and current situation of the child. However, we always try to ensure that the child has a positive experience from the visit. The remaining data and examinations are gradually supplemented during the growth check and tooth replacement, which is recommended at intervals depending on the specific situation. This check-up is no longer charged and the patient/parent does not pay anything extra. So you do not “waste” time, only the professional assessment is spread over two visits so that it is appropriate and comprehensive for the child. The care also includes the preparation of a comprehensive medical report and communication with the referring specialist, which takes place outside the patient’s chair time. Our goal is to provide professional and sensitive care with an emphasis on the correct timing of any treatment. It was my first time in my life to have dental hygiene and I was completely satisfied. New, modern premises, overall relaxed atmosphere and pleasant staff (thanks mainly to Mrs. Davidová for excellent care). I definitely recommend it, I would be happy to stop by again sometime.

I can only recommend dental hygiene at the Arculum clinic with Mrs. Davidová. She was very precise, patient and at the same time empathetic. I am satisfied with the care of Dr. David Stankoci. He repaired several of my teeth and they look as if they never had any decay. I appreciate the professionalism in every detail. He is meticulous, attentive, and acts with dignity and respect. Everything is beautifully documented and I was then shown photos of the entire procedure. I have never liked visiting medical facilities, but I feel good at the Arculum dental clinic.
