We urgently needed a procedure for our father-in-law (93 years old). When we called, the pleasant lady from the reception made an appointment that same day. The doctor was very accommodating even though he was already after working hours! Everything went to our satisfaction.

Dentist Mrs. Kubíčková is a great doctor in the right place. It is clear that she can communicate beautifully with children and motivate them. We have been here several times, we always leave in a good mood. There is also a small children's corner in the waiting room.

YES, right in front of the clinic, in the adjacent streets or possibly near the Hroch area. 🦷Doesn't it look like a hospital from a horror movie? NO, I've never seen such a beautiful, modern and clean environment in any medical facility, and this fact can personally support me very psychologically 👍 They will welcome you here kindly, you will be given glasses to protect your eyes from the light, you can choose music for the procedure. could not have been more wrong. There were two procedures that I have always refused - extraction of the eight and cleaning of the canals, my fears were not even affected by the stories from my surroundings and I always said that I would rather leave my teeth to their fate than undergo something like that. It is now the beginning of December and I have had both a tooth extraction and cleaning of the canals here in Arculum and I can only say "thank you". The extraction, although undoubtedly difficult, went without complications and, to my surprise, without any pain. Really. Zero. Absolutely. For a few days afterwards, I did not believe it myself. Root canal cleaning - something that in my mind was like medieval torture, took place in a very similar spirit, of course, you will lie in the chair for a while, but you know that you are in good hands. Even though I already had a mild inflammation under my tooth, the treatment was completely bearable, some discomfort was understandable in places, but never any great or unbearable pain. What stuck in my memory are the words of the dentist: "If you need anything, or something hurts, raise your hand, but I can usually see it anyway". And this is exactly the extreme difference, this "I can see it" is what makes Arcula not just another dental center, but a place where they see you as a person, not just a patient and a name somewhere on a list. And this approach is felt everywhere here - during extractions, root canal treatment, drilling, dental hygiene and at the reception... wherever they send you here, you will always be 100% in good hands. But not to sing praises alone, I will not forgive myself one small minus - I am afraid that after all these experiences of mine, Arculum must not stop operating here, because I categorically refuse to let anyone else come close to my oral cavity now 🙃 To sum up - anything related to teeth is only here, I recommend it wherever I go and I thank all the staff for their care and approach, really. You help people heal not only their teeth, but also their many years of fear. Thank you for giving me back my smile, both metaphorically and literally 🤍
