Top place! There are really care not only about the money but about their clients and want to help you. This is rare and gold! Clean, bright place to visit even with kids. I get my own dental care here and bring my two-year-old daughter to the pediatrician. The dentists are very friendly and attentive. They explain everything thoroughly. A 3D X-ray is included in the free consultation. This is great, because other clinics either send you elsewhere for the x-ray or charge 1 million. I recommend them to my friends.

I went to ARC dental for reline on my dentures. They were made in Australia but the technician retired before fine tuning and removing the sore spots. I found the service delivered by this clinic was well above my expectations. I arrived 1/2 hr early on my first visit and was seen straight away. t (opening the tooth, applying strong antiseptic to the root canal, closing it again). 24h later the pain is mostly gone and the tooth feels almost back to normal. I can't say enough how grateful I am to the helpful staff and great dentist! They really saved me from the worst pain I ever had. That being said, it's not a "walk-in" clinic! They seem to be quite booked so you need to make an appointment. In my case they were just kind enough to offer me emergency treatment because of the pain I was in. Facilities are great too, everything is clean and equipment is modern. Overall as good an experience as a visit to the dentist can be… ;) Highly recommended!
The temporary tooth I brought from Russia came loose. Dr. Dira helped and fixed it, thank you! I was worried about local dentists ruining it, but this clinic and doctor reassured me. They look serious and seem knowledgeable and confident! You can schedule an appointment on WhatsApp or ask to be put on a waiting list, as this doctor is always booked.
Place is nice but completely unreliable service. Cancelled my appointment twice in a row because the dentist had "family emergencies". My partner broke his tooth and they only booked him in for a teeth cleaning. Really disorganized and unprofessional.
I thought it was going to be better. At consultation they said that my husband may need root canal treatment so we booked for the appointment 10 days later, with the information they had from the consult, they should’ve known what he needed and after waiting Dr. Stefanie who was taking our treatment said that they didn’t have the qualified staff to do root canal so we’d have to do it somewhere…

else. How come a dental clinic doesn’t have anyone that can do that kind of treatment? And if they don’t have the person, just let us know from the consult so that we could evaluate if we want to do the treatment there! They sent us to another clinic where they helped my husband, but not without a fight! Also, while doing the cavity filling on me I had to show the doctor that another of my tooth might need filling as it looked with caries, and her answer was “oh yeah, I missed that one” how can you missed one big black spot if you have me with my opened mouth checking tooth by tooth and I can spot it with the mirror??!! And they are expensive! $70 AUD per filling!! Better to go to others not that expensive, to the clinic they sent us they’re charging between $45-$60 AUD.

Hi Anna, First we're sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced in ARC Dental. Regarding your husband' root canal, Dr. Stefanie explained to him in the treatment room (while you weren't there) that we do have our Root Canal specialist but at that time he was still on leave. Therefore she referred him to another dental clinic due to the urgency. As for our price, we have put our price on our website for our patient or future patient to see if our service is suitable with their budget.
Dr Adhi is fantastic! I was honestly nervous about going to the dentist in Bali after some bad medical experiences in a hospital here, but Dr Adhi came highly recommended from a friend. s impressed each and every time. I was most impressed when I was told I might need 2x root canal treatments, but after inspection Dr Adhi stated that is only needed one. I appreciated the honesty - he’s very truthful and honest as he essentially reduced the fee I was expecting to pay in half. I can’t recommend Dr Adhi and his team highly enough!

t you genuinely need. Their focus was so clearly on health before profit. Although I initially believed I may need fillings or even a crown, after the x-rays and consultation, we discussed my teeth and determined that, for now, I only needed a cleaning and to monitor my teeth. It was wonderful to experience such a patient-centred approach to dental care. I was so impressed by this professionalism and I wish I had more than five stars to give.

Fantastic dentist. Been here twice now (would have been more if it weren't for border closures) and thoroughly impressed both times. I love seeing the full mouth xray, and the work is top rate. The clinic is more modern than some I've been to in Australia, the staff speak excellent English and are just as good as any dentist I've been to in Australia. I've been to (cheap compared to Oz - especially for fillings and crowns). Worth going while you're in Bali even if it's just for a clean.
