Always have great confidence in the ARC dental clinic. The dentists are extremely knowledgeable and professional. You get what you pay for !
I used this dental clinic about 3 years ago. 2018 or 2017 January I had holiday in Bali. Anyway, it's January 2021 and I had a holiday in Nha Trang, Vietnam. Awesome clinic ! They are really professionals who are doing their work perfect and with so much care about the patients! Very relaxing atmosphere, individual approach to clients. Had a great experience. One of my teeth was chipped and they immediately made room for me. Staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease. Treatment was great and they even gave me a discount.
100% recommend going here such a clean peaceful environment and the ladies there are beautiful even when I had a cry about the pain they were patient with me. I can’t remember who did my fillings I wish I could think of her name, she has done such a good job and will definitely be returning
My wife and I had a total of 6 implants and crowns fitted. Very impressed with the professional service and cost. We had Dr. Mirza fit the implants about 7 months ago and Dr. Dira recently fitted the crowns. Prices are transparent and about 1/3 the cost compared to NZ dentists. The standard is as good as if not better than NZ dentists.

woman dentist who does not supervise the work done by others nor show any real interest in your dental problem. 3. Expect a 2 hour wait beyond your appointment time with no explanation nor care. Without question the WORST work and patient care I have ever seen. There are are many other reputable dental clinics around. ARC is just not one of them.

I was nervous to get any dental work done outside of my home country but ARC made me feel completely at ease. Such a professional dentist and the work they did was outstanding (better than my dentists in Australia and the UK). Highly recommend
I would not recommend ARC to anyone I see there’s a lot of good reviews on here ..they are the lucky ones but ‘BEWARE’ if something goes wrong you are left high and dry by ARC and in my case I now have to have the shoddy work I had done at ARC completely redone here in Australia.. total waste of time and money going to ARC .. very disappointed and now it’s going to cost me so much more than if I’d…

I had two inlays inserted in molars. The temporary fittings lasted less than a day before they fell out. I returned and had them re-done and they lasted 1.5 days. Inlays were finally implanted. Dentist said that I would feel "a couple of days of discomfort". After 5 weeks, I still cannot chew on that side of my mouth. I have contacted the clinic and dentist several times to check if this is normal…

and there is either no response or a non-useful answer. I would NOT recommend using this clinic. I will not return. Definitely the worst patient experience I have had. I didn't feel comfortable and the level of professionalism was lacking. Avoid and use one of the many other reputable clinics in Bali.

Great clinic. Had a crown done. Perfect fit and extremely comfortable straight away. Still gping strong 2 years later.
I got a new crown. The dentist are very professional and on a new standard. I'm very satisfied. My German Dentist can't do it better.
I had a porcelain crown measured and fitted recently. They were professional, accommodating, friendly, and significantly cheaper than Australian prices. The crown itself is practically indistinguishable from my other teeth.
Dr Dira the best dentist. All staff Very professional, good English. Lounge very comfortable. Quick no waiting around. Will be back. Very clean.
ARC Dental is highly professional, i had 24 crown's and 3 bridges this was a huge job, i was very nervous and Dr. Dian and her team were fantastic i could not be happier with the result, the job was as good or even better than i could get here at home in Australia for 1/3 of the price. I had 2 bridges done here at Arc Dental and I was very impressed with many things. First contact through emails, then the free checkup with X-ray. During the consultation everything was explained to me and questions answered. I was assigned the talented Dr Dira who is very proud of his work and the final result was amazing. After coming back for the fourth time for a procedure that should have been completed on the second day of my first visit. A crown broke when being installed so I had to make a return visit. pain got so bad that I made a return visit to find out that the post had broken and had to be pulled. The head of the dentistry (German dentist) assured me that they would install a implant as under no condition should the post have broken and they would complete what I had paid for. So after the gum had healed I made yet another trip to Bali to what I was assume to have the work fully completed that I had paid for. So to my complete surprise they wanted to charge me for the procedure. After stating that this is not what was agreed upon on the previous visit.It was obvious that the head dentist I had the consultation with is no longer there and I spoke to the operations manager who is not a dentist but wanted a X-ray to look at.I knew the con job was on. So she stood her ground that I would have to pay. I was under no illusion that I was going to pay but more importantly since she wanted to do the look at the X-ray(even though they already had a complete X-ray) con I no longer had the faith that ARC Dental had the skill to do the job. I have wasted time and money now will have to pay for the procedure to be done in Australia as I have learned my lesson and would suggest that anything other than getting your teeth clean I would not have or believe ARC Dental does or says.
My wife and I visited from Australia. We required 5 crowns, a bridge and a filling between us. We corresponded via email prior to visiting to confirm price and time we need to be in Bali for. for minor adjustments. The result was excellent and we are now considering cancelling private health insurance. I have no hesitation in recommending ARC for all you dental work. We will definitely use again.
After lots of research and watching a previous patient post his review on YouTube I decided to get 6 veneers at Arc dental. This included the initial consultation and returning for a 2 hour session to have my 6 front teeth prepared. This whole process was almost painless, if you can cope with dentist needles, then it would be painless, but I’m hopeless with needles. My veneers are absolutely fantastic, I’m so happy with the result and honestly feel like giving all dentists in Australia the “bird”, just because so many stories we hear from friends about the pain, the bad bedside manner and most of all the cost. Total cost was $4000 and would have paid 3 to 4 times for exactly same process, minus the attention to patient care, pain level management and overall professional staff. There doesn’t appear to be a photo option for this review, I wish I could show you the before and after, simply amazing.
