It was supposed to be a pleasant experience with the female Dentist and all the female staff inside. I was happy with the upcoming treatment plan. But when I finished my treatment I asked another male staff (wearing purple shirts) that where’s the way out? They didn’t even answer and even mocking my accent when I’m only few steps away. g my accent by the same sentence. I feels very offended also it’s so disrespectful. It’s the first time I’m experiencing this in indonesia. I suppose to go back for my crown but no more. I won’t pay for a hospital with the staff doesn’t even know how to respect their costumer.

Had a 5 tooth bridge done (front bottom) at ARC nearly 5 years ago (teeth were already removed 6 months earlier in Australia). The staff were very polite and professional and the teeth are great (better than the bridge I got in Australia which required root canal after 1 year) I would highly recommend them as it was way cheaper to get the teeth done there and have a 2 week holiday as well.

My experience with ARC Dental Clinic was remarkable! The communication through Whatsapp was more than I expected! My appointments were considerably brief. In contrast, Americans sit for an hour or more forced to read outdated magazines in the USA. I never sat waiting more than 5 minutes before someone addressed me by first name! really comfortable and looks terrific as well! The price for the service was unbeatable. The quality of work was second to none! I'll be returning in 2025 for my second bridge! Tell your kids to take brush and floss 2-3 times per day so that they don't have to visit the dentist frequently when they are in their 50's!

A really good experience at Arc Dental. We had a consultation about implants. Free Xray revealed a highly infected tooth which had to be extracted. Due to complication and time constraint we were unable to have the implant, but the dental technition performed the best clean I have ever experienced for a reasonable fee. We expect to return asap for additional work. S&A Coppard Australia

I just returned from bali had 13 crowns done due to shrinking gums.The experience was traumatic due from 3hrs of constant drilling. Dr Duri was very professional @ I am very pleased with the results! He shaped them very natural @ was definitely worth doing. I will return next year @ highly recommend ARC dentistry.

an do just about anything that is required. I’m probably doing them a dis service by saying “just about”. Well done ARC and thank you My wife and I have been to the ARCDental Clinic on Sunset Road three times now. The clinic is modern, efficient, clean, well organised and most of all the staff are knowledgable and skillful dental care providers. Your initial consultation is free and includes a panorama x-ray thrown in. If you are thinking the x-ray is just a way to generate unnecessary business;I don’t think so. Firstly I was told there was nothing wrong with my teeth and secondly there is or was when we first went a three week waiting period; so clearly they are not short of work. They have their own laboratory with a large team including dentists, dental therapists and hygienist, dental technologist and so on. I have never had a clean like the clean from ARCDental. My wife has had a number of fillings and is having a porcelain crown inserted for a fraction of the cost back in Australia. My understanding is the training is done in Germany and is co owned by an Australian and German dentist but that is only what I have been told. ARCDental has become our regular dentist-and we live in Australia.

We had two implants and on return visit they said both had failed . Do not guarantee them. Wanted us to pay again. On return to Bali have been told by other dentist they do not use the same brand. ARC have offered no help in fixing this problem they made by not doing them correctly. They ignore our emails. I do not recommend them as pot luck getting the job done professionally as they don’t care…

either way. So you reply to a bad review but have never offered any previous advice or fix except to pay again the full price. We were never replied to except with the size and brand of the implants which other Dentist said are not used by them. Never offered the X-rays before and after to have checked by other dentist. Why say you will send if we request on the review when you have all our details. We have had 3 trips to Bali and no conclusion. Also there are numerous writeups on dental implants if placed correctly stop bone shrinkage. I can post some here.

Hi Linda, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Your first email to us to talk about your loose implant was on 13 June 2020 and by 15 June 2020 we have replied to your email about the solution that you can do in your country to fix this problem as you can not come back to Bali due to Covid. On October 2023 you came back to put crown on implant but unfortunately the jaw bone has shrunk so we can not continue with the plan. The implant is not failed but it's the bone structure that shrunk over the years and this is is not something we can foresee before. We suggest that instead of crown on implant, we can do bridge but you refused this suggestion. Please note that we always respond to your email and as implant and crown on implant/bridge are completely 2 different treatments so it is fair if the patient has to pay again for this. In case you need to see the X Ray result again that shows the condition of your bone, please email us and we will send it to you.
Doctor Chandra is very friendly and the results are really good.

I had an Xray and 3 fillings plus a Hygeanist clean. Beautifully clean clinic with very freindly staff that explained everything thoroughly before proceeding. Highly recommend them.

I had a general cleaning for my teeth here which was a pretty good experience. Dentist was really nice and professional. However, I booked an appointment for 3pm and arrived a few minutes before 3 then I had to wait 45 mins until they called my name for the appointment. I got an appointment for a follow-up the next day. Everything was explained to me in detail and I was advised what I should have done. I had a great experience with wisdom tooth removal here! I was super nervous about the procedure but it ended up being really quick and easy, less than ten minutes for 2 impacted wisdom teeth. I had no pain during the operation and also pretty much zero pain during recovery, and the extraction sites have healed really well. . They give you a sheet with instructions but it doesn't say anything about not drinking through straws, not drinking coffee etc which I think are very important things to know. Other than that though, the operation itself was very easy and painless!

This is a fabulous dental clinic. I had a tooth removed in October - for the first time. The removal didn't go quite to plan as the tooth was adamant it wasn't coming out! Whilst it took a little longer to remove the dentist was fantastic and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. The aftercare was also first class.
