Worst clinic ever. I asked if I need and appointment they said no, just come anytime cause we work 24 hours And then I came to clinic it was empty and receptionist asked me for information and I set down and waited for 30 minutes. my time. And then the RECEPTIONIST TOOK BLOOD TAST! No medical uniform, no sterility, he didn't even wash his hands, he just put on gloves, (touched his pen and other objects with these gloves) and started taking the test. And I had to take HPV test and they give me bottle for urine ???? Who takes HPV from the urine??? To detect the virus, cells must be taken from areas of skin and mucous cells, not from urine. And when I asked in WA about this test I asked TWICE AND SAID I NEED SWAB I didn’t take it test and asked for refund and they couldn’t even get my money back because of their problems Asked to come next day This is rediculous

My six-year-old daughter had a fever as soon as she boarded the plane to Bali, so the hotel called a doctor upon arrival. I stayed at a hotel in Ubud. If anyone in your group is sick, please inquire with the hotel. And be sure to get travel insurance. The medical bills are expensive. It came to 2,800,000 rupiah, which is almost 240,000 won in Korean currency.

Nice and clean facility and very professional staff. The doctor and other staff members were kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable. They followed safety procedures and protocol and shared important information with me every step of the way. They offered treatment options and made recommendations but not in a way that felt forced. Overall excellent service!

I asked to have examination with my ear But the doctor only recommended another hospital and asked me to pay 600000 rupiah really it's the worst ever and not recommended to any one!!!

What a wonderful clinic! My son and then husband both became sick within several days of each other while we were visiting Bali. Both times we had doctors come to our room for full labs and check ups and they arrived quickly, we had lab results within 2 hours and were left with meds before they left. our room, doctors were kind, service was quick, and it was very affordable! Wish it worked that way in the states! My son was feeling so much better the next day, and was up asking to go swimming less than 24 hours later! I would definitely use this clinic again.
