Highly recommended for any tourists dealing with Bali belly. They came straight to my villa and took great care of me. The team was kind, professional, and very reassuring, and they explained everything clearly, which really helped me relax. If you’re visiting Bali and start feeling unwell, especially with stomach issues, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to them

My first time scaling and going straight to this place. From the start, the customer service response via WhatsApp was quick and informative. The place is clean and sterile. The doctor is kind, and the work is also fast. Recommended ⭐️

Went there with suspected illness, they have checked for dengue fever (just in case). Confirmed my suspicions (nothing serious but needed antibiotics). Also, they have pharmacy inside so they do prescribe your meds straight away. Lovely service and not that costly.

I fell ill and needed medical care, a doctor and a nurse visited me in my villa and provided me excellent care. I've got everything I need from treatment to reports and documents. Thank you Ananta Clinical team for your excellent service.

I began feeling ill in the morning and within 30 minutes the doctors arrived at my hotel to treat me. They put me on an IV drip and gave me all of my medications that I would need. I found out my blood results within hours of them leaving and was given antibiotics delivered to the hotel later that night. A fantastic service and great pricing, would highly recommend!

I had a cold. The examination was quick. They prescribed all the necessary pills. The next day they found out how I was feeling and reminded me again about taking the pills. I feel better, thank you. I recommend visiting☺️

I'm a Japanese who doesn't understand English or Bali. However, the doctor gave me a detailed explanation using a translator. The next day, my child's condition improved, and I really appreciate it. Thank you very much。

Very good clinic. I’m an Italian staying in Ubud, I had the Bali Belly for a few days and eventually asked my hotel to have a doctor visit me. The doctor and a nurse came and were very professional and helpful. 1,000,000 IDR for four badly applied bandages! They tried to rip us off for 400,000 IDR with a so-called computer problem! Mechanics replacing nurses. Grips on open, oozing wounds. What a brilliant idea! After three days, I removed the bandages, as instructed by the "doctor." Well, I ripped everything off, thanks sir! I absolutely do not recommend this place!!! I'd rather just let myself die.

Hello, thank you so much for your feedback. We've looked into the situation, and we found that the total cost you paid for the treatment of two individuals with wounds was under one million rupiah. You initially came together, both with injuries. Our nurse recommended a consultation with the doctor since one of the wounds was quite severe. As a result, one of you was charged IDR 680K and the other IDR 280K. We believe this is a fair amount for the medical services provided to both individuals. Please know that every procedure we perform is always preceded by clear communication and patient consent—there is never any pressure. You agreed to both the treatments and the costs involved. The team arrived at our home less than an hour after we called. The doctor thoroughly reviewed our medical history and recommended medications and an IV. The symptoms subsided and our condition improved. Considering the home visit, the prices were very reasonable—lower than the hospital, which we still had to travel to.

I suspected Bali Valley, so I asked the hotel to make a house call. I received an IV, and my condition improved significantly. They also provided me with medication. I also requested documentation for my travel insurance claim, and they responded promptly and kindly.

We visit this clinic because my husband was quite sick on vacation. We were immediately seen by doctor, without any waiting. Nurses and doctor were so nice, kind and great speaking english.
