I have took an appointment for a blood test. The communication was on WhatsApp and their english was ok. Arrived there, they first said me the result will be in 4 working days, after they said in 2-3 hours, after they said again 4 working days and finally 5 working days.. Unfortunately, they dont speak english and this is a big problem.

We didn't feel particularly well cared for. Some of our concerns were ignored, a diagnosis was made quickly, and medication was prescribed. When we refused the medication, we were told we needed it and offered a discount. Afterward, we went to a nearby private clinic. There, we received excellent care, and the final bill, including the medication, was only half the price.

Had a gum pain spreading into my ear and wanted to get it checked as I was getting worried for the remainder of my trip and long flight back. I was seen on the day and was well looked after. The dentist assessed quickly what was wrong and I left the clinic healed and happy! I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Suksma!
