The service was spectacular. They came to my hotel room, administered medication, and I felt much better in less than 24 hours. Thank you so much. And I highly recommend them!

when I was on vacation in one of the villas in Ubud, my wife had a bali belly. at that time the driver was not on standby, but fortunately there was a team of Ananta Clinic with doctors and nurses who came to provide excellent service. thanks, great job. very recommend.

Baby had mild allergic reaction. The staff at Ananta were very helpful and everyone spoke English. We were able to see the doctor straight away. They have a pharmacy inside the clinic, so we were able to get the medication immediately.

Today I visited your facility to get tested because I had already been tested elsewhere and prescribed medication that clearly did not work. When the results were finally sent, they clearly indicated that I require a different type of medication. I therefore asked if the clinic could prescribe the appropriate treatment based on the confirmed test results. To my surprise, your staff refused and informed me that I would need to return to the clinic and pay an additional 450,000 IDR consultation fee before a doctor would prescribe the medication. This is extremely disappointing and difficult to understand. I already paid a significant amount for diagnostic tests at your facility, which confirmed the diagnosis and the need for specific treatment. I also showed your staff the medication I had previously been prescribed and explained that it had not worked. Refusing to prescribe the appropriate medication after conducting and confirming the diagnosis yourselves, while requesting additional payment for a consultation, gives the impression that financial gain is being prioritized over patient care. This experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional, and it is not what one would expect from a medical facility responsible for diagnosing and treating patients. I never got a prescription and didn’t get treatment since they refused to do so… Needed to pay 450.000 additional before they wanted to “help” Don’t come here… Horrible care for individuals. I’m lucky I know my ways down here and can get the correct medication elsewhere. Since they refused to give me the proper medication. Be careful…..

We would like to clarify that during your first visit, your purpose was to have a laboratory examination, and the payment you made was specifically for that laboratory service, not for a medical consultation or treatment by a doctor. Therefore, if further medical management is required after the laboratory results are available, including the prescription of medication, a medical assessment by a doctor is necessary and would require a separate registration for a consultation in order to receive an appropriate prescription. We are also glad to hear that you have been able to obtain medication elsewhere. However, as a general medical principle, medications—especially antibiotics—should only be prescribed after a proper medical examination by a doctor. This is important to ensure that the medication, dosage, and treatment plan are appropriate and safe for the patient’s condition, and to minimize potential risks such as incorrect dosing or possible drug sensitivities. I visited the Antana Clinic because of a conspicuous and unusually large number of mosquito bites. I received a very warm welcome and was treated immediately.
