The doctor said my teeth was very good. The price increased by 21% in 1yr plus. This is crazy. More than inflation. My teeth was all good btw. Will not go back again.

a rude manner : “we waited for you so now you wait for us.” After which she allowed patients who arrived after me to be attended even though I was already waiting in the clinic. Eventually I wait for 1.5 hours for my turn to know the truth as I did not know which room Dr Aw was in. Dr Aw who attended to me is polite and she apologised for allowing another patient to be attended. I accepted her apologies but I think that nurse should be better managed in this case. After my procedure which took about 10mins, I waited at the front desk to make payment and yet again got a rude response from the same nurse “you wait, not your turn” Honestly I can wait since I was 5 mins late but the attitude and the way this nurse handled the situation is turning me away from this clinic.

honestly disgusting. Although they claimed to wipe it with wet wipes, I didn’t see it happen. After the procedure, I felt nauseous and regretted not refusing right away. The only positive part of my visit was the young Chinese lady dentist — she was very attentive, patient, and gentle. This clinic mainly targets customers from Singapore, but in my opinion, it’s a rip-off with poor service quality. I will definitely not be coming back again.

Everyone must follow the doctor's instructions to return for their follow-up appointment on time, because if you delay too long, the final result will be imperfect, and you will be dissatisfied, and the doctor will also be unhappy. I fully understood before proceeding. During the extraction process, one of my tooth root was stuck in the gum. She took extra precautions and consulted a senior colleague and help to arrange an appointment to the main branch at bukit indah for minor surgery to take out the remaining. Even it was already after her working hours! The whole procedure was smooth and surprisingly painless! Her professional, kind and genuine care really stood out. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend her and her team!
