I went to Alinea Lisboa for a dental cleaning and had a REALLY good experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt very attentive service and a friendly, professional team. It was, without a doubt, the best dental cleaning of my life. I left feeling light, cared for, and well-informed. I recommend it.

The worst clinic which I have ever been before. Clinic don’t have responsibility for the doctors, because one of their doctors said to me to make extra exam (I spent time and money) but their another doctor said no need nothing it is ok. Clinic doesn’t interested in loyal clients, they want to get money only. Don’t recommend

You were first seen at our Alinea Lisboa clinic for a root canal assessment. Given the complexity of your case, our specialist suspected the possibility of a broken file inside the root canal. As a precaution and to ensure your safety, he referred you to a radiology center for a CBCT scan — a standard and responsible diagnostic procedure in such cases. Because you mentioned urgency due to an upcoming trip, we accommodated your request and promptly scheduled you at our Alinea Estoril clinic with another endodontist, Dr. Nuno. At no point did he state that the exam was unnecessary. On the contrary, when asked, he confirmed that if his colleague had requested it, it was with your best interest in mind and based on clinical judgment. Dr. Nuno completed the root canal treatment and the final restoration in the same session — an outstanding result, which we have documented in detail. As Clinical Director, I personally reviewed your radiographs, spoke to both treating doctors, and verified that the treatment was conducted with excellence, according to best practices. At the time of payment, you demanded a €50 deduction for the CBCT scan done externally. Our front desk team politely explained that we cannot deduct fees related to exams prescribed by a medical professional. You were informed of all costs in advance, approved the treatment plan, and were never charged for anything beyond what was agreed. Your public statement suggesting that we are only interested in money is unjust and inaccurate. At Alinea, no treatment begins without the patient’s full informed consent and acceptance of the quote. This was true in your case as well. We also attempted to contact you directly to clarify matters, but our calls went unanswered. We understand that dental treatments are not always pleasant, and we sincerely wish that every case could be resolved quickly, painlessly, and in a single visit. However, as you certainly know, medicine is not an exact science — it requires time, diagnostics, and responsible decision-making.
