Go to any other place but here. Saying scammers would be wrong but they will say anything to get money. I spent around 12 thousand dollars (flights and hotels) to have all my teeth caped off: So all my teeth are crowns: it took two visits to Yuma Arizona, go across the border to the dentist. They said I needed a new root canal and obviously a new crown. I talk to Grace at the dental office and she said my tooth/crown was under warranty, and that I would just need to pay for a root canal. After I got another flight and hotel for 3 nights. When I was there, they said I didn’t need a root canal, but then proceeded to tell me my crown wasn’t totally under warranty!?!? (This was after they fixed it) (on the second day) Apparently they’re saying my crown broke because I didn’t wear my mouth guard every night. Even though it broke when I was eating food! So they found a way to get money out of me any way they could, because if they didn’t make me pay for the root canal, (that I actually needed) they decided my tooth wasn’t under warranty any more just so they could charge me for something… Best part is, a couple months after getting my crown fixed, I was having bad tooth pain, and guess what? I went to a dentist and they said I had a infection in the same exact tooth and definitely need a new root canal. I’ve tried to talk to Grace through emails but she’s saying it’s all because i didn’t use my mouth guard prescribed back in July of like 2 years ago. That’s gotta be a joke because I’ve had to buy multiple mouth guards from the store because they only last so long. Either way, there’s sooooo many dental offices in the same town. Take it from a guy from the US. Go anywhere else but here. They will take advantage of you. I’m about to leave this review on there Google site. I just looked and they have a response for every bad review. SMH If they feel the need to respond to this, I’ll screen shot my emails about the pricing I was quoted and the responses I’ve got from them. You get what you pay for! Good luck

At the time of your visit, your tooth was clinically and radiographically evaluated, and there were no findings that indicated a root canal was necessary. For that reason, it was not performed. Treatment decisions at our office are based strictly on objective findings during examination. Dental conditions can change over time, and a later diagnosis does not mean the procedure was required during your visit. All charges and warranty terms were explained prior to treatment. We stand by the documented findings and care provided. We respond to all reviews, both positive and negative, because transparency and accountability matter to us. I have so many wonderful things to say about Alberta Dental! All the staff are caring, professional and competent. As a former dental professional, I can't find any holes in their protocols. Their customer service is genuine and first class. Their office is busy and productive yet staff go out of their way to make sure patient's concerns and needs are met. Everything went very smooth for the most part with Alberta Dental. Grace was fantastic to deal with and very up front with everything. Dr. Hector Russell and his assistant were great! professionally and I appreciated that. I would suggest if using the shuttle, don’t book an appointment before 10 am, that way it gives the shuttle driver time to get thru the border at this time.

Dr. Cortez has always been very professional. She is excellent at her work for cosmetic dentistry. I drive from Palm Desert California because I trust her with my dental concerns. She’s always pleasant and she makes me feel very comfortable and I’ve never had one bit of pain sitting in her chair.

Do not recommend at all. Deceptive pricing that change multiple times in one email thread. Math that does not add up. Overcharged already once.

I regret if the price adjustments made throughout our communication felt inconsistent, but each one was made in good faith to accommodate your needs and make things right.

This was an easy experience. I parked at the Tribal lot on the USA side of the border, walked maybe 100 yards to the border, and then around one block to the office. Leaving the office I turned left and then right and walked about a block to the border cross from Mexico to the USA. My dental technician was friendly and professional. I paid in cash to avoid the credit card service fee. I'm pleased…
