Chief Complaint

Dean presented via SmileJet with a heavily compromised dentition following years of deferred treatment. Several posterior implants had been placed previously by a local provider but were poorly restored, with ill-fitting crowns and inadequate occlusal planning contributing to ongoing stress on the remaining natural teeth. Clinical Findings
