I wish to share my experience to warn future patients about the practices of this dental clinic. I had an implant, a crown, and several composite fillings done, but unfortunately, these procedures were a complete failure, resulting in two serious infections. 1. Infection of a lower molar (implant and crown): • The crown was improperly placed, leaving a gap between its base and the implant. • Food particles got trapped, causing a painful infection that could have been avoided with proper procedure. 3. Poor Composite Filling: • I had amalgam fillings replaced with composite fillings, but the work was poorly done. • Result: persistent pain in all the treated teeth. Faced with these problems, the only solution offered was to return to correct the errors… at my own expense! Anastasia showed no remorse, no goodwill gesture, and above all, no respect for the patient. Unfortunately, their only goal is profit, not quality of care. Several friends and I consulted this clinic, and we were all disappointed by the quality of the treatment. This type of experience can have irreversible consequences for oral health. Before choosing this clinic, do your research, read reviews, and don't be swayed by attractive prices at the expense of quality and your health. Absolutely avoid!

Hello, here are some clarifications regarding your message: - It is not mandatory or necessary to perform a root canal before placing a crown. A root canal must be indicated; otherwise, placing a crown does not require it. It may happen that after several years, a root canal may become necessary, and this can always be done via the crown. - The implant is not infected. If an adjustment is needed on the implant crown, it is possible because the condition of the gums and tissues changes after five years, which is perfectly normal. Furthermore, the condition of the gums also depends heavily on the patient's oral hygiene. - No clinic will reimburse a patient for fillings (composites) done five years ago, especially since the composites are neither broken nor have fallen out. Despite all this, we still offered to have you come to our clinic so our specialists could examine your case and hopefully propose a solution, but you declined. And all this considering that the treatment was received in 2020 when I was working at another clinic. Sincerely,

Don't expect a limousine at the airport; it's locals who come in their own cars. Don't expect any compassion; they inject tons of anesthetic to completely numb your mouth. They made a mistake with the implant placement; they simply drilled next to it, immediately put a tooth on top, and confirmed that the six-month wait didn't matter (sic), it was moving. Besides, I wasn't the only one they did this to that day, and if you were there, feel free to leave a message. They put crowns on my lower teeth without devitalizing the teeth underneath. Perhaps this is normal, but if an infection develops, I don't even want to think about it… What am I going to do? Try to find someone in Hungary or Romania and see if they can help me. I also think I might be able to get help from social security and my supplemental health insurance. If you have any questions, I'll answer them without any problem. I'm attaching some photos. There were some French people there who came from French housing projects and certainly didn't have much money, so I hope everything is alright for them 🥲.
