three years of pain, antibiotics, inflammation, and fatigue, without any improvement. And each time, I was told it was “normal.” In August 2025, pus was literally oozing from my gums. And instead of taking my situation seriously, you simply suggested removing a single rotten tooth, even though the entire upper part of my mouth was infected. Since then, I have consulted more than 15 clinics. All the dentists were shocked by your work: poorly placed implants, untreated infections, total disarray in the jaw. It's a disgrace. And it's not just me: I met another woman who came to you with the exact same problem. She also suffered terribly; she had to have everything removed and redone elsewhere. She told me she even publicly denounced your clinic because she was so traumatized by the experience. Several of us have gone through hell because of your practices. Today, I'm being treated at a large, reputable clinic in Istanbul, where they had to remove all my implants and all my upper teeth. The diagnosis is clear: everything was infected, a direct consequence of your shoddy work. I suffered physically and emotionally, and I spent thousands of euros to correct your mistakes. And despite all this, Anastasia hasn't reacted. Worse still: she dares to ask me to pay again for work that has ruined me. In six months, I'll have to have the crowns and implants removed from my lower jaw. Your clinic has left me in a terrible state. Let me be clear: I will not remain silent. Please note that the treatment performed at IZY Dentiste clinic consisted of the six crowns on the implants, and the other treatments you mentioned were done at another clinic. During this time, we were in contact with you and offered a solution to address the infection. This solution was not very radical or traumatic, as extracting all your natural teeth has many drawbacks, and each case must be carefully examined before proceeding. opinion? Coming back every year, suffering again and again, and spending thousands of euros just to fill your pockets? Where are we going? It's our health, our money, our peace of mind, the worry of our families, the image of our work! Today, I'm sounding the alarm, because in my opinion, I'm not the only one. I met a woman who had exactly the same problem: all her implants were crooked, poorly positioned, and she also suffered from infections. She even talked about it on social media. I've already spent over €17,000, and frankly, that's not right—it's theft! You actually just wanted to remove the infected tooth, not pull all the teeth. But when the other clinic examined my X-ray, they discovered that my entire upper jaw was infected. So they had to pull everything out because the infection had spread everywhere. It was you at the first clinic who didn't want to intervene properly, even though the problem was already serious. As a result, I lost everything because of this negligence. The surgeon scraped my bone, even above the poorly positioned implants. What's more, an infection also developed in my lower jaw because of all this shoddy work. Today, I have to come back again because I'm in a lot of pain and there's still a lot to do. And yet, when I told you I was in pain, you wouldn't listen. After six months of pain, you simply told me that "the implants were taking their place," when the infection was already worsening. It's a total catastrophe: three years of suffering, incomprehension, and despair. You blocked me on social media, but let's not stop there, proof that you know what you did wrong. A disgrace, Anastasia.

Throughout the process, we remained available and in contact with you, offering a minimally invasive and traumatizing solution to resolve the infected tooth. Sometimes, other clinics, for various reasons, suggest the more drastic solution of extracting, replacing, and redoing everything… of course, a thorough examination is essential before choosing this option. In any case, we hope you will be happy and satisfied with the results.

a 72-year-old woman. The implants weren't aligned correctly. As a result, four months later (after complete healing), she suffered greatly again during the braces fitting. They even had to use two people during the fittings to remove the poorly fitted braces. My mother thought she was going to die from the intense pain, but the doctors showed no concern whatsoever. Back in France, after a few days, the braces fell out on their own. So we had the appliance corrected in France. There's no way we're ever going back to that clinic. On top of that, the appliance isn't the right size because there's a significant gap on one side, which prevents my mother from chewing food properly. She has to remove the appliance regularly for cleaning, an operation that's supposed to take 10 seconds, but it takes her 15 minutes each time and causes her pain (the implants aren't parallel).

I left Turkey with temporary dentures, which allowed me to wait. I saw three operating rooms, each with three to four people dedicated to each patient, with Anastasia constantly circulating among them. I returned for a second time to have my permanent teeth fitted over a five-day period. This included taking impressions, implant placement, and now I have new teeth—and that's exactly what I mean.
