We travel to Zupkovce all the way from Zvolen. Števka did a complete set of teeth for me and my friend, and now they are also taking care of my daughter's orthodontics. I definitely recommend with five ⭐. The approach, kindness, communication, high expertise and professionalism, advice, and the smile of the entire team are truly in first place for them..

It's a bit far from Michalovce, but I don't regret my decision. Have you ever fallen asleep at the dentist? I have. Even when a nerve was removed. Really. I've never experienced this before and when I was embarrassed and asked them that it probably hadn't happened to them before, they surprised me by saying that it happens quite commonly. I also drank a good presko. I definitely recommend it

The doctors and nurses are absolutely great, but I had a very bad experience with the reception, strange attitude, strange looks, eye rolling, unwillingness to answer questions, busy on the phone (which was definitely a personal call and not a work call...) and overall a very bad impression, no respect... besides, the doctors and nurses behave normally.

We are sorry that you had a negative impression of the communication at the reception – we are very concerned that patients have a positive impression not only of the work of the nurses in the outpatient department, but also of the communication with the receptionists. At the same time, we would like to explain that our receptionists often have many responsibilities at once – from handling phone calls, billing patients, to caring for patients in the waiting room – which can sometimes seem like reluctance, although it is just a matter of being busy at work. We are sorry if you also heard a private phone call, in justified cases our employees are not prohibited from quickly handling a private call, but of course this should not disrupt the care of the patient who is in the waiting room. Your feedback is valuable to us and we will definitely discuss it with the team in order to be able to improve communication even further. We are pleased that you were satisfied with the approach of our doctors and nurses, and we believe that in the future you will give us the opportunity to show that the reception can also offer an equally positive experience. car trip there and back home took me 4 hours, they willingly complied and combined my treatments for several hours in one day. Believe it or not, but I literally went there to relax. Ms. MDDr. Zupková's work was professional, painless and precise. I am 100% satisfied with the result.
