This shows a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and little respect for patients’ time and health. I do not recommend this place.

We are sorry that you were disappointed. However, your review appears to reflect a misunderstanding of how our appointment confirmation system works. All patients receive an email approximately one week before their appointment, then a text message two days before the visit asking them to confirm the appointment. If we still do not receive a response, our staff calls the patient one day before the appointment. If the call is not answered, we send another text message requesting confirmation by 4:00 PM. Only if there is still no response is the appointment released to patients on our waiting list, many of whom have also been waiting for weeks or even months for treatment. We understand that work and unexpected situations can make communication difficult. At the same time, we have to manage appointments fairly and responsibly for all patients in need of care. For that reason, confirmed communication is essential. We regret that this happened, but we do not believe it is fair to describe our staff as unprofessional when they followed the standard confirmation process exactly as intended.
Perfect experience with Dr. Gawlas, a helpful, kind and experienced dentist. I can only recommend the clinic :)
