ne in every direction for two hours, without any anesthesia. I went from being a patient to a guinea pig. None of my questions were answered; their only priority was to place the fixed prosthesis, which they did. However, I am wracked with pain, and they couldn't care less: for them, the job is "done." For four months now, I have been living in agony, and my gums are receding. Despite sending a video showing the extent of the damage, they simply replaced the prosthesis, telling me I had to "get used to it." It's a complete mess, with no follow-up or proper explanation. Three months later, I called them to report that the pain persisted. That's when Ms. Komurcu, the manager, coldly informed me that at this point, there was nothing more they could do and that if I wanted to communicate with them again, I would now have to speak English. The follow-up is a disgrace: only money and positive reviews matter to them. After I published my negative review, they immediately threatened me with legal action for defamation. Understand that there's nothing more you can do with this company, which tries to destroy you psychologically after destroying you physically.

dont have more positive reviews when they have 20 to 30 people through there door each week ? Still waiting for their solicitors to take me to court so i can show the judge exactlywhat they have done. In the uk their licence will get revoked) ( i have left reviews all over the internet to warn others of you malpractice! I came to you to get a screw removed which was sticking out in to my mouth and cutting up my tongue. I returned home with nothing resolved , because if i had accepted what you suggested it would have been even worse. Now i have additional problems with loose implant that hasnt been fitted properly. No care . No concern. No resolution other than for me to pay to come AGAIN for a 5th time. ) ill update once ive heard from their ghost solicitors if i ever do. Dont let them take advantage of you Take advantage of you - check Over charge you - check No aftercare - check Teeth dont fit properly - check Wobbly implants - check Screws sticking in your mouth and told its normal - check Charge you for expensive individual crowns then use substandard bridge crowns to save on costs - check Pull your teeth out then tell you you need a bone graft that will cost you up to 6000 pounds more - check Do things to you without consulting you first - check Leave you feeling like its your fault - check Wash their hands of you unless you pay extra even though its their fault - check Make sure you get your implant passport as they are cheating people and giving the passport for crowns however withholding the implant passport . If you have implants and crowns make sure they give you two passports, one for each.
